    It is legit. I got the same and asked them on Facebook and they responded verifying that e-mail.

    Yep, I had the same email and I did pay the extra shipping. They still sent it China Post though so it's still a waiting game. It was received by China Post on 5-13 and I received notice today that they are preparing shipment in Tianjin China. Today was the first time I have seen movement on it.

    Not as bad as others for sure, but my Maverick and Goose (well actually @mikeflosi 's now) cleared customs 8 days ago then have done nothing since. Very frustrating, don't know how you guys have been waiting for months, that would drive me nuts!

    i've confirmed with some eBay retailers that shipping to Canada will resume June 1st! :D 

    was also mentioned that shipping costs may have gone down as well.

    yeah, i just got IF cliffjumper, YX OS KO devastator and KBB MP10V prime this week and thought, welp… that's it for me for some time now. glad i can go start binge buying again to make up for the past few weeks! hahahaha

    Is there a difference between epacket & Aliexpress standard shipping?

    I saw that the maximum delay for epacket is 3 months. My buyer protection expires in 16 days. Still no updates since March 24th. :( 

    So June 24th is 3 months. What should I do about opening a dispute & getting my money back? Would you still wait or just say to hell with it & get your money back now?

    I was curious how shipping has been from TaoBao? I've been waiting months for stuff from China I purchased on ebay going through China Post. What do people use on Taobao and it is better?

    I ordered the KO OS PotP Dinobot set from AliExpress mid March. The last update had been an update at a Chinese airport March 29. Then I finally got an update yesterday saying it was in NYC. So two full months with nothing and now it should show up in a few days. So I think extra patience is required at this time from reliable sellers.

    finally received an order yesterday from eBay retailer purchased back in in early April. sent by ChinaPost ePacket and took 53 days… first stuck in Shanghai for about a month and then in local Canadian customs for almost 2 weeks. :rolleyes:

    My ePacket was stuck in China for a month as well, but it's finally on its way over to the States.

    I purchased IT Megs from an Ali Express seller in mid April. Tracking info stopped on the 26th April. The seller went quiet on the 7th May and hasn’t replied to my subsequent messages from the 7th May to the present day.

    I asked the seller if the parcel got held up at Chinese customs and because the item has batteries, was it returned to the seller. No response to easy questions.

    I’m not far off lodging a dispute on the AliExpress system. I will get my cash back but the bit that annoys me is the loss of time waiting.

    Have you contacted the seller? What did they say? Which seller was it? What was the item?

    It’s frustrating that AliExpress sellers are going rogue like the Chinese ebay sellers. Think we need a list of sellers on AliExpress to avoid so more are aware of which ones are reliable for actually delivering on the purchase.

    Do they? What's the point if they're not getting the money unless you confirm receiving the package.

    I agree.

    I think there are some loopholes in the AliExpress system from feedback I’ve seen from purchasers.

    Like I said previously, getting the cash back shouldn’t be problematic but it’s that loss of time and then sourcing the figure from elsewhere if possible and then further time to pass before getting the figure.

    I’ve had two orders with TFSafari arrive in the last couple of days from China. I only placed the order about a week ago. I paid £8 for each order on the shipping. CN Express I think was used by TFSafari.

    The bit that grates me more than anything is the lack of communication from sellers when items are delayed. I appreciate language issues but given the growth of online ordering from China, you think communication would be improved.

    has anyone gotten a package from TF-Direct since quarantine? i’ve been waiting on something since the end of march and i’m debating asking for a refund and ordering it from somewhere else. it’s been in guangzhou for 2 months and the only updates i’ve gotten is that it’s been “processed through facility”

    Don't get me wrong pal but they (sellers) may simply be tired of hundreds "hey where's my package???" type of messages they get everyday. Shipping from China has been a mess for the last couple months, massive delays everywhere which is not something the sellers or even shipping companies have control over

    so accusing the seller of going rogue is too far reaching conclusion in my opinion. Fingers crossed for your order but I'm sure if it got returned back to the seller you'd notice an update on your tracking. :)

    I have had a 4 day nightmare conversation going on with Baba. A longtime buyer from him, so it's been discouraging to say the least. He asked me to pay an extra $50 for TW-09 Prime to ship. I asked about cheaper slower options and we went back and forth for a few days before I was like screw it I am just paying the $50. Then I get a message saying my item shipped, but I never paid the increased shipping cost. So when I asked he mentioned he combined my shipments. I only had 1 item, so how could it be combined. Waiting on that answer. This was a pre-order so I have purposely been avoiding buying from overseas for this very reason. This is a mess and stressful.
