Teletraan isn't exactly new.

 

Seeing that Megs battling Scorponok on this box, it would be nice if this line gave us a new Galvatron... I don’t think I’m alone in being pretty disappointed in the TR/Legends version, and it would make sense with the Quints and all...

 

Both sets of these new Micromasters are bought! 

 

Sadly I'll never see the micromasters. Stores here dont carry them and I dont see any online preorders for wave 2 micromasters.

 

What're all of you who buy figures to swap heads doing with the *other* figure...?

 

It's a given we'll see a Galvatron before WFC is over. With how next year's the 35th anniversary of the 86 TF movie and all that.

 

I think an Ark titan as either the Last Autobot or “Teletraan” would be pretty cool. And then maybe someone could make a volcano playset/diorama for the Autobot HQ entrance that can fit the Ark.

 

Can Not wait to see Blast Master and Fuzer combined with Power Punch and Direct Hit!! Biggest reason I\'m excited about Earthrise. 

Also excited to see their weapon mode. I am sure it\'ll just be an upside down Suttle but it worked so well for the other Squad I am still game.

 

So if I'm preordering Scorpy, would it be better to go Pulse, BBTS, or somewhere else to get him sooner?

 

A Teletraan I or Nemesis Bridge would be, IMHO, be something for HasLab.

 

I want the Race Track Patrol to be repainted into the Sparkabots Fizzle and Sizzle.

 

Even though that might just work, I prefer those two as deluxe class.

 

I think the Sparkabots and Firecons are only going to get new Deluxe toys if they are repaints of someone else. I do believe the Race Track Patrol as Fizzle and Sizzle, and Bombshock repainted into Guzzle would be the Sparkabots best chance. I think the Sparkstalker and Flamefeather should be new Micromaster molds. I'd buy a Micromaster Firecon Patrol.

 

I think both Galvatron and the 86 movie are telegraphed for phase 3 by Galvatron being on the earthrise box art. You can even interpret the releases of Ultra Magnus, Springer, Arcee and the Quintessons as Hasbro getting a head start on the 86 character line up. I personally am hoping we get a new take on Hot Rod/Rodimus prime. (a leader class figure that is basically a voyager Hot Rod that docks with a trailer base.)

If they want to make a Titan to commemorate the movie, maybe it would make sense to put out a redesigned, upgraded Metroplex and lean into his base mode being "autobot city."

 

Exactly all of this. It's pretty clear that WFC3 is setting up to be celebrating the 86 TF movie with them giving us the remaining 86 characters that remain to get the WFC treatment. The fact that the rumored ER Ultra Magnus is also implying that we'll get an Earth version of him too. Question now is what will be the other G1 characters filling up the slots in WFC3? Likely remaining 54-85 characters with sprinkles of later G1 guys like Star Saber and Deathsaurus.

 

As a huge fan of the Movie bots/S3 characters, I so can't wait for WFC 3. Next year will be awesome for those bots and of course the mighty Unicron will be making his debut too. As for Metroplex, yeah his time is up for version 2 and hopefully the design is more faithful to his G1 self.

Lately I've been seeing rumored ER UM (white Prime/Magnus) gets mentioned. This made me curious and began to check on ER Prime pics to see whether he has enough ports/pegs for the trailer to snap on. Hopefully ER UM is a full UM w/ trailer figure and not just a white Magnus without the trailer. Despite so, I would still get the white Magnus standalone release. That ER Prime mold looks good.

 

Are Ground Hog and Roller Force racing on Scorponok's ramps?

They'd be tiny, then... They should be larger.
I did not buy Cindersaur either 'cause I expect eventually they will get proper new molds. I mean, if guys like Spinister and Battletrap got new molds...?  

 

I must be the only person who wants a White Prime Ultra Magnus that's just the inner robot. My only issue with Siege Magnus was that there had to be some color compromises to make the armored mode look accurate, which meant that Intra Magnus's entire body was the same color, aside from the clear blue on the chest. If they did a Magnus that wasn't meant to be armored up, there'd be more room for color variation.

 

Filler pieces for grapple finally came in. Man I'm glad the 3p companies are jumping on upgrades for this line because it brings them to the next level for me.

 

I wouldn't mind that with the earthrise mold. I think it would be cool if it still had the armor up gimmick, and I don't think it would be especially challenging to do this with clip on pieces. I think we are going to get a lot of mileage out of this mold, and if Hasbro doesn't get on it you know 3p company will.
