I think it would sell better if they put Optimus somewhere on teh box... ZOMG!!!  

The side view is a poor choice, imo. The massive size is not there... Scorponok looks like he's trying to leave the box, store, ur room, etc.

The Ark is shown on Scorponok's package art. I'm not saying it's coming, and most likely not, but they have used the artwork to unveil upcoming items before. However, if it can't transform into a robot, they most likely won't make it unless it would be a HasLab creation.
The closest we got was an Ark that transformed into Omega Supreme for Animated, but it never really got off the ground. Heck, it might've only be a "woulda, coulda, shoulda" moment from them and nothing more. People were PO'd, though. Dang.

Why does Spike (I'm assuming it's Spike and Daniel, due to the characters and time in the artwork) look like he's wearing the prosthetic makeup Jack Nicholson wore in Batman (89)? Now, I can't unsee it.

 

I mean homaged in toy form. Like, an Optimus with those long Batman ears and the black face.

I want to get that Cyberverse Power up Optimus to use for an Ark. But it's like 50 bucks so I have a hard time justifying it to get him just for the Ark.

Since in the current idw comics all of the titans are ships, i could see hasbro dropping a huge surprise on us and in part 3 of wfc we find out the ark is actually a slumbering titan we've never heard of before. It would be a cool nod to omega supreme from animated but also a brand new character.

 

Nah, it's probably more of a "The only one who shall defeat Prime is ME!" thing.
