As a design note to Hasbro, if they ever DO retool this mode (and why NOT, it's a goldmine mold people will buy over and over again), my preference would be:

Eliminate the upper chest support. Add lovehandle flaps to cover the side hollowness.

And my preference which is likely to be more controversial if they did essentially a full retool.

1. Waist articulation!!!!!

2. Have the cockpit spin all the way around through the back with a trapdoor. Instead of having a nosecone hanging down off the back of the neck, you'd have a nosecone pointed up from the base of the waist. Tradeoff being a less "clean" F15. Benefit being waist swivel and cleaner robot mode.

A flap on the F15 would come down over the butt in robot mode. The nosecone would hinge the opposite way. Rotate the cockpit section 180 degrees down then until it fills in the center torso. The rear would have a flap over the butt and an upward nosecone from the waist halfway up the back.

 

...I can't believe I didn't notice that.

me too: I wish thunder cracker was the deep metallic like G1/Generations, but he still looks really good.

My biggest gripe, honestly, is the non-outlined 'con emblems. Those always look weaksauce.

 

Why not just buy an extra starscream? It would be $30 cheaper

 

I still can't express how happy I am the weapons for Skywarp are purple. Still wish his rear wings were purple like the animation, but this might be my favorite version of him.

Oh man! These look SO good! I sort of wish Skywarp had more of a sneering laugh instead of dull surprise, but I'll take what I can get. They all look good together! If they do an earthform Soundwave, I'll finally be done with my season 1 Decepticon display!

According to them 501 cases of this 2 pack arrived in port in the U.S. last week.
