Didn't they release ride armors for the 4in Neil vers. of X and Vile? I thought I saw those on bbts. The customs look great though, can't wait to seem them in color
Nah bro those were for the 2 inch 66 series that was sold at retail, unfortunately. This line didn't even DO a Vile... it legit did a ton of Rockmen, a one off Cutman, and then crashed and burned with Roll Caskett.
Yeah we def need some more characters, at this point I'd even take an Axl and I don't like him at all, I would like a comprehensive X armor collection but I also need a few of the cooler X characters to go with that Vile, Sigma, Doppler, like even if you don't give us the regular Maverick bosses, give us some of the more extra characters, the X-hunters, something It sucks that we have to go thru various channels to collect the armors bcuz not one group can knock them out
i always wanted this one when i got the X and X1 armor, but life and priorities.....i should start looking into grabbing the ones i want again
I sold these off years ago and just recently bought the entire D-Arts MM/X line for no reason outside of finding some tremendously good deals. They're... ok. Love the sculpts but the joint system on these is dated and ridiculous.
I came across the boxes to my D arts figures last week. It made me go on a scavenger hunt trying to find all the figures and accessories. I pretty much found everything but the base to the clear stand for the effect part that came with the armored X. I never bought Bass or the black version of Zero. I wouldn’t mind picks them up at some point.
I guess you could say he took a gun to the knee. @Kuma Style Off topic, but your wienerville quote cracks me up.
I was disappointed Bandai never made more counterparts for Rockman and Rush...at the very least Protoman! One day I might just pick up the 90's Bandai figures with the armor kits, cracked polycaps(and sometimes armor not flushly fitting) aside, those figures have aged well to me.
This is awesome. Did you mention is was commissioned work? Would love to see a garage kit of this one day. Glad the artist is thorough with the assemblies, their processes would make amazing Legends/Dash mecha.
I don't know what I've mentioned on it to-date but once it's all finished and checked out I'll start polling on social media to check interest because realistically it would be a very small run at probably towards $400 per. ----------------------
