great customer service, they responded to each of my queries in less than a day. The shipping times are out of their control.

I didn’t have it installed in place but was able to get the replacement screwed in. Did have to work at it to get it as tight as I could and no wobble. You might need to check the opposite side as the screw should go all the way through to be flush to the top. My recommendation is to screw it in the hole first without the leg to thread it then it’ll go easily when you do it with the lower leg on

 

Thanks. I did pre-thread first, but I couldn't get the dang knee flap open. It will not budge at all. I broke 2 spudgers attempting to get it open.

Hmm, I got a message saying they would be in stock soon, but then nada. I hope they didn't order an insufficient amount to meet their pre-order obligations.

I got the link from heat toy on Facebook so I guess they are the same guys then.

 

Trying to verify... weibo page for LBP shows toyszone, but their taobao page shows toyzone (see the missing s), and the Heat Toys online store shows toyszone . info.

Yeah, I'm waiting for something from him about a week behind you, "left China for destination country." I think it's juts gonna take a while.

I got an order from him a couple months ago that only took like 10 days but this one is super slow and another order he can’t even ship because there’s nothing gonna to Canada right now. It seems to be different everywhere everyday, but I’ve had a few things take multiple months to get to me since this started.

 

BBTS didn't initially get me this, so I sent an e-mail and this is their response. Not sure if this applies to other retailers:

We were sent a partial shipment of this product recently but it was not enough to cover every Pre-order. We were also notified that we can expect them to be shipped in waves as well. I do apologize but this has become common as of late with some vendors and has happened to several other lines that we carry. We should be receiving more of our purchase order in the near future though at which time additional Pre-orders will process accordingly. If you should have any other questions or you need further assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to ask.​

 

Well I'm glad i contacted him anyways. he responded pretty quick and i feel bad for bugging him, i know the shipping is a mess currently.
he did tell me the package was returned to him, didn't say why, and he re-shipped it. He did say it will take a long time as not much is going to Canada. I took the chance to ask for some screws for my next package since I don't want him to run out and i won't be able to check him for a long time

Yeah, living in Canada sucks right now, but not as bad as those of you in the UK or other countries with no mail moving at all. Canada post says they're not accepting any more mail until they catch up with the backlog. How the hell does that work?! You'll only have a bigger backlog after that, and a even bigger one after that and so on and so on... unless they are going to do a massive hiring campaign to help catch up.
