A very nice collectible figure, but not worth the price IMO. You can get a really nice MP Megatron and a few other figures for half the price they’re asking for with this thing. Also, I forgot this was even a ‘thing’ lol, 2014 feels like forever ago..

It looks great, but WTF, $650, how the hell do they price these things, Flame Toys is $400 - $450 per release, now this company raises the bar to $650. I will probably buy one, but will look for a deal.

DLX 3A figures are actually fairly reasonable at $80-$200 so pretty much the cost of a single masterpiece.

Ah alright. I guess I should do better on my research before commenting. Lol. Thank you. I’ll have to check those statues out.

3a aren't even really statues. they're incredibly articulated, more than any transforming figure thanks to the concessions made for transformation not being needed.

I mistook this as one of the MA figures that are 18in tall and this was a V2 of their Megatron.

LOL nope looks cool but not $800 cool. Face looks odd to me as well.

Not feeling this at all. Why has the gun kibble on his shoulders been squared off rather than being actual gun parts ? Isnt the whole idea here to get around toy gun regulations ? Too much borderline stylizing going on here. Just make the damn thing look like it could transform even though it cant. Also does anybody give a rats ass about the insides of his thighs and shoulders ? If you could buy this without removable pannels for $25-30 cheaper, wouldnt that be preferred ? I dont collect statues, or articulated non transforming statues. While in any other franchise, I call it an action figure, in the Transformers world its still just a borderline statue AKA action master. Just my two cents. Somebody else might love this.

I don't give a damn about the nay sayers and the potato couch critics! I preordered this BAD BOY from The Chosen Prime this morning and I'm lovin it!! This is the ULTIMATE Megatron figure I dreamt about as a kid and always wanted as an adult MP Decepticon collecter!! He will be displayed proudly next to my Haslab Unicron figure as my 2 centerpiece bots.

Thank god they listened to the people that owned the first releases and didn't make him chrome like the one prototype. Ugh.

Well, it says it releases in a year, so you have at least 3 years till the actual release to save the money.

Now that I have taken a good look at him, He has 2 faces in the pics. The original prototype hd the frowny face and his lower mouth moved when he talked. I don't see any seams in his smiling face. Did they kill the voice chip?

Same. I'm glad they exist for those that want them...but it's not for me.

Saw that. Not my cup of tea, but I'm sure it'll make some collector very happy.

Everybody who has the Prime seems to really like it regardless of price. Its still a lot but I'm sure most of us spend this much on various figures over a year. It could be more than a year till its released, even without all that is going on

I'll never fault someone for spending money on something just because I don't find value in it. What's insane for me can be completely incredible for someone else

I'll never own it but this looks every bit as incredible as their Optimus Prime. Seems like they axed the mouth-moving gimmick for the sound clips but the face definitely looks better now.
