    From what I understand its an armor Superman had for about 5 minutes before it was destroyed. More flash than function evidently. Why does Superman need armor anyway?

    This is the 'black robe' version - it is actually black in hand:I don't know if I did something to make it appear brownish is these photos.

    The difference between the black robe and green robe versions (other than the robes) is the head sculpt - this version comes with a hair piece rather than a sculpt that has the hair 'built in', so to speak.

    I'm really impressed with the amount of detail sculpted into the hands - age lines, wrinkles at the knucles, fingernails. On a 1/18 scale figure no less.

    For some reason, many of the photos I've seen of this figure show an orange where the red is. Rest assured, it is a nice deep, rich red in person.
