That's a lot of handle to handle. He still looks awesome though.

 

I've heard before that purple LEDs are harder to do for some reason (note I can't confirm that, just something I've heard). It could be get around by using a white LED behind purple translucents though.

 

The final product is awesome, aaargh! sometimes I regret to collect only Legend+, I will wait patiencely an OSKO. This design is a little bit bulky but clean, veeeery clean without gaps. Amazing.

yeah! although I hope that when they do a metallic version they don't just make it a "toy" version, cus I don't want yellow eyes and chest hair and all that haha.

yeah i get you, I don't really actively chase after metallic versions of stuff, buuuut with magic square as much as I love their figures (apart from their seekers lol) their plastic tends to look a little bland, and I have new age seekers so he's gonna look extra bland next to those nicely painted figures. its more of a megatron thing, I am the type of guy that pictures megatron as silver rather than a shade of gray

My ideal solution would be for them to make him metallic and include an optional toy face and chest. You wouldn't get the "complete" toy look since his abs wouldn't be red but I'd rather have him err on the side of looking like the character than on looking like the toy.

Awesome, I was totally unaware it was going to have such a feature. I mean, I love LEDs myself, but frankly I'm surprised I haven't seen more posts with people complaining about how the price could've been lower without that gimmick or being all, "I'm taking out the batteries and never using that feature, thankyouverymuch!"

So their Reflector is also supposed to have a similar feature too?

 

My bank account after the onslaught of MST's Coneheads, Soundblaster, and Soundwave being released, seeing that Megatron is ready to go too, and knowing that Zeta's Unicron, and Hasbro's Scorponok are looming on the summer horizon.

 

That looks really good! In my opinion, we haven't yet had a Megatron who quite nails *these* proportions: beefier than MP36, but not Despotron beefy.

I love MP36, and that lanky look does fit some parts of the cartoon, but there were also lots of places where Megatron looked a bit thicker. I'm looking forward to seeing a video review.

 

So where are folks pre-ordering from to get the bonus items? ShowZ?

I don't get care about most of the bonus items, but I really want the extra set of hands.

 

I collect Legends + too but this is def worth to get and put in to a seperate display with MST Prime.
Told my self that when this 1 is released, I get both of them
