I think it was to aid for the gun-wielding poses too, same for the Rebel Trooper from ANH since it aids in replicating that pose where Vader boarded their ship and some were crouching and holding their guns with 2 hands while aiming at him.
I voted multiple times for Hutslayer ... I just have a fear if that version of Leia gets "retired" at some point.
I saw one of those in a Target the other day, and it's amazing to see how far the sculpting and likeness have come in just a couple of years.
Just that you won't be here when they announce the winner. We will keep you updated when you get back. Anyways, I'm still waiting for this rumor to be proven true... Spoiler It's a picture I found included with some other Black Series figures that were proven true.
Woo! Got my five in (waiting for Boba to come back) this week. All of them with authentic battle damage to their cards thanks to the no padding in the boxes or Han Solo in a bubble mailer (he's almost free from his card). But I finally have a Luke with authentic lightsaber! Spoiler
Hasbro might as well have included him in frozen in Carbonite like this one upscaled to the 6 inch Black series format from the SDCC 7 pack Carbonite series in 3 3/4 .
I've noticed in the last few years, the Prequels are seen much more favorable then they were before Last Jedi came out.
I think it may also be rose colored glasses and nostalgia. I can only speak for myself though, and I’ve enjoyed the prequels since they were new. I was the only person in my group of friends back in 1999 who was buying Jar Jar merchandise.
I think the clone wars show did a lot to justify the composition of the PT. The ST will need a show similar in strength at some point in order to justify the loose ends and confusing tempo of the three films. Rey is a difficult character to digest no matter how you try in comparison to the rest of the Star Wars catalog of characters. I liked her, but I understand the dislike. I think it would be cool to see a show take place between TLJ and TROS to really flesh our Rey-Finn-Poe-Chewbacca adventures and strengthen the ST as a whole. And am I the only one patiently waiting for the BS to just nose dive into characters from S7 of the clone wars?
While even if I disagree with them, I do understand why people dislike The Last Jedi. What I'll never understand is people who think it's a worse movie than Attack of the Clones. Rey may be a bit boring, but she's still massively more likable than "I hate sand and love fascism" Anakin was in that movie. I actually love Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith, but I absolutely cannot stand Anakin in ep2
