He replied to me, a while back. Gave me my tracking number. This was on the 20th.

Still haven't gotten my stuff but, thats not his fault.

 

He's having the same issues everyone else shipping out of China has with reduced freight handling flights. It took right at a month for my order on some Decepticon stickers to hit customs in New York. It was about 3 days before I had an email response from him on my order. All you can do is wait it out.

 

I ordered some fillers for studio series DotM Megatron... I forget when. Sometime during the lockdown. AFAIK he shipped them and they made it to the airport in Shanghai, but haven't left the country yet. I heard flights out went from several a day to just a few each week.

 

Same here. Between this Megatron fillers set, the LS-03F from ShowZStore that hasn't shipped yet, and the Aoyi Mech OS Bee Movie Optimus that is still in San Francisco customs, I find myself in need of much patience. *takes deep breath through eyelids*

 

I'd preordered DX9's Motormaster, got the message that to pay it off (and did) right around Thanksgiving, and ShowZ shipped it on December 6th. It didn't arrive until mid February. After that ordeal over a $200 robo-truck with a trailer that turns into an even bigger robot my attitude toward some filler parts is, "eh, they'll get here when they get here."

 

Glad I'm not the only one. I had an order that was shipped April 3rd and according to the tracking, it hasn't left the country yet.

 

It’s also really difficult to order stickers from him at this time

I sent an email to the address on the website about a week or two ago but haven't heard anything back.
Starting to get a little concerned.

 

my last order was leaving for overseas on the tracking on the 17th of april and nothing since

noticed earlier my login has been cleared on the uncle billy site and can't remember my password tried to get a reset email but nothing is coming through

 

I ordered some guns and got them in pretty quickly . They arrived here about 2 days ago.

I did send him some messages asking him a few things but never got a reply

Same, ordered stickers last May 15th and I’m still on processing.

 

I know this whole virus thing is kinda of slowing things down but it's been almost 2 months since I ordered it.
I've ordered things off the website before, also during the pandemic but earlier, and I got it quicker than my recent order.

 

It's taken me 2 months for anything from SE Asia using cheap shipping. Speeds are picking up now.

 

I havent ordered anything in a month. Sucks, though. Going to miss out.
