That's almost exactly the height of MFT's Omega Supreme and IF's Bruticus.

Odd size choice (given that Zeta are in the masterpiece business), but I guess it might work for our toys :)

Are you going to put the files up anywhere?
This is absolutely terrific, before I read the description I thought it was a Magic Square prototype

Not an odd size choice. That is the original size when it was first released. This is a rerelease under a different company. Zeta designers left Toyworld and have rereleased a lot for their previous work that came out from Toyworld. Which includes the chug Voyager Prime, Megatron, and Headmasters.
You may have missed the chug Prime rerelease if you think they only release MP figures.

He works great as a Marvel comics Fort Max, though. It's how I use him in fact! :D

Bigger than the other headmasters, but not city-sized.

It begun just as a proof of concept to see if my Unique Toys Day (Cerebros) can be connected to an eventually scratch build body (because Unique Toys never give us one), but becomes so fun that I ended building an entire body prototype based on Marvel original comics version (much smaller and no base/city mode); for now my priority are my other projects (Metroplex, IDW Omega Supreme and Powermaster Optimus Prime), but as I said, this was really fun and easy to make so I hope some day build a refined, stylized and color accurate version.

BTW, no parts forming, it really transform in this preliminary state.

    Thoughts on this scale?
Thinking about picking up Sky Lynx for my Legends collection, made a rough estimate of how it'd sit with MFT Dinobots and MST Optimus

i have MMC space chicken in my collection. if you have the budget space i would definitely recommend that one as he is simply perfect for a legends collection.

How is the neck on yours? I was following that figure until all the complaints of it not being able to hold up its head

mine is still holding his head up high to this day. i have never had any issues with him and i think i was in that group of the first guys to own him here in the states.

if i was on the fence i would definitely pick him up. they are just that great together. also, if there were any issues the neck is an easy fix if need be.

plus we also have @NOCV who is out there waiting in the wings to save the day with his many bottles of Kiki if anyone needs it. so there is a painless solution on the table as well. 20200604_194842.jpg

There was discussion of this very idea when Sky Lynx was shown off back in February. I think it'll work just fine for me :)
