Is it the Humbrol polished aluminium colour? If so I can confirm it is a dead on match for the silver paint Hasbro tend to use

    C2889DDC-4291-48BD-823B-CA3239DE3626.jpeg

used Humbrol sprays on this custom actually way back, really nice finish if you take it easy and light coats Minor/Repaint: - Blue Bluestreak

I ordered the polished steel one, so it should be interesting to see how details stand out when it's polished. According to the video it stays dull until you go over it with a cloth, so recessed details might stay dull while the surface shines. I've been earmarking various random accessories and nasty B&M KOs to use as practice, so I've got plenty to experiment on.

The delivery can't come soon enough, to be honest. Even if the metalcote doesn't work out, I've got a plan to take a KO Cosmos and turn him into Scrounge... minus the special arm, of course.

    I was only joking.
    Well, half-joking.;)

*Sigh* Thought I'd do a quick tightening on something today only to discover that my current trusty tube of superglue has reached nozzle disintegration phase. And it's a "bigger" tube than I usually get to boot as they didn't have any 3-pack mini ones I usually get in Tesco when I popped in to grab some while picking up water for work (I wouldn't usually get bottled water but our current instructions are to bring our own to work). Mildly gutted about the small-but-large-but-small amount of glue that's going to waste there. I shall be extra careful breaking out the next!

I had been holding out hope for a slightly wider release, post-current shenanigans. Bloody hope so, anyway. What use is a one legged armless combiner?

Apparently it's all Sideswipe from what I gather. I'll let you know if I spot any but stock in Belfast never bloody changes cos they won't discount stuff that never moves!

    Edit
Brand new theme revealed: Brick Sketches!!
Assuming those are sensibly priced I'll be ordering them!

Well, yes, it probably would have behooved me to try this first before getting carried away in the Modness...

Still a little reinforcement/concealing of the wing connection ports, then I reckon jet mode's about there - I don't wanna go too extra. Well, I know 'Too extra' is Thunderwing's thing but I think this here cybertronian mini-jet is damn near too extra enough already! :p

That'll be the Gambit shaped hole on my X-Men shelf filled then :)

    Marvel Legends reveals,

AIM Trooper in the same style packaging as the HYDRA one.

    Moon Knight.

Spidey vintage carded wave ( Aside from Parker's shitty specs the wave looks great. Will probably only get Goblin and Electro though.....slightly annoyed that Daredevil is the armoured costume. )

Searchlight is coming along nicely. Got this week and next week off work so can power on with the throttlebots. Unfortunately I'm now out of white paint and while he's at a good point, he's no where near finished. So will be needing to order some more paints. Which means taking stock and seeing what else i need for upcoming ones because postage means it's not worth ordering less than three paints.

Only cases full of 'Sidesweep' at the moment. Eagerly awaiting to see whether Flywheels makes it in there though.

'Kin 'Ell, Lads! I think this Li'l Tryrant Basterd Pretender to the Throne might be done bar the snagging & factionalising!?!

Turns out deco-wise less is a bit more plenty 'too extra' enough!

Some gluing remains to be done both on and for him but I'm still feeling a smidge gunshy about cracking open superglue tube II just yet.
