I was never able to Get a Generation Toys 'Longhaul' so I don't know what the hips are like (or the crotch for that matter) on that one.

But I would really appreciate an alternative part to secure NBK's crotch That gun is so tempremental to get in there as simple block of shapeways plastic would be much more straight forward and likely look better too.

The daban one look like the might be worth a punt though I already have past a Dozen Devastators so another one wouldn't be that much more excessive.

 

i'm on #3 but i'm willing to get Daban in Black Judge or Duron Drill if it comes with the drills

Are the all the parts of NBK and Daban inter changeable? I plan to get 4 daban constructicons but I cant find the rest so I'm curious if I can fill it in with 2 NBK figures

 

Nah, don't do that.
You'll find a significant quality difference between Daban and NBK with NBK being inferior and noticeably a much lower quality knockoff.

Another issue is that DABAN is significantly heavier than NBK, I'd say almost twice the weight. I'm not sure NBK is strong enough to support the weight of DABAN, i.e. the ratchets might not be strong enough, or the weaker plastic NBK connectors might stress over time.

I haven't tried, but I believe the arms and legs can fit. Not sure about the torso bots though.

NBK is still a decent set tho, if you are willing to fix her up.

 

following that youtube stop motion combiner video… the same poster has three additional stop motions on individual bot transformation that are really good…

while trying to look for these for sale, i can only find the yellow G2 version in a box set, while the green G1 version only seems to be sold individually. does anyone know if the green G1 version was available in a box set and know where to pick it up?

i only shop from eBay retailers particularly if they are using eBay's SpeedPak service as it's doing better than ChinaPost ePackets routing deliveries during current situations.

  yellow G2 box set is significantly cheaper than picking up 6 green G1 individual bots.

 

On Taobao, the yellow set is either the same price, or only a few bucks cheaper than the individual green ones, not counting shipping.

Not sure about eBay, but maybe your search results are the more expensive ones?

Or it could be the shipping is more, since the individual boxes take up more space?
