He looks really good, but I like the accessories with The Child a bit more on the SHF release which also looks really good. I’ll probably just stick with that even though this one comes with both.

Yeah, SHF for me. Especially because the Mafex Boba was a pretty lackluster figure.

I think Mafex got the proportions much better than the SHF. Hoping the build quality will be okay.

I think this version of Mando might be the best of the bunch. The proportions certainly seem better than bandai's crack at him.

Normally, I'd be kicking myself for already pre-ordering the SHF versions, but when it comes to the Mandalorian, I'll take it all. Vintage Collection, Hot Toys, SHF, MAFEX, I'd take a Mezco if they did one. Passed on Black Series, though.

Just looked at the SHF and Mafex side by side...the Mafex *is* a more polished sculpt and has some slightly better pain apps, but the SHF still looks quite good. The cape, at least around the neck, looks nicer on the SHF and the child figure, though separate, is better and fully loaded. Might get the Mafex mando and the SHF Child in the end.

Nice! Though having said that, there’s enough minor little qc issues with my wolvie and cyke that I’m a bit wary of going further into the line. That gambit tho.

Son of a...I want both! Gambit for sure - has most of what the Mezco does with more articulation, but the wait:/. Cap looks nice. I like the brighter colors.

my next mafex X-men wish is Rogue! Please make that happen!

Love that spinning Mjolnir, like the Marvel Select Thor.

I like that Mafex is doing the 90's X-Men but the quality needs refinement. I have Cyclops and some joints are just too tight that I feel I might break it and some are a bit looser than I'd like.

I might venture on the Endgame lineup. As much as I like Hot Toys for my MCU fix, it's just not fun to play around outside of their Iron Man releases. No point having all those joints if the articulation is hampered by the clothing.

The reports of QC issues on the X-Men figures have kept me from jumping in, but that's getting harder with each new release. The nostalgia is strong and 6 year old me is losing his god damn mind over these. I may ultimately cave.

I just hope they do Jean Grey or Rogue. Actually I’d rather see both from Amazing Yamaguchi, but Kaiyodo seems to have stopped their X-Men line...

Anyway no love for the female characters from any of these guys. Regular 6-inch sausage fest.

I honestly think the QC is totally blown out of proportion, when I got my Wolverine and the shoulder 'issue,' I was like, "that's it?" Put it back in and it stays fine, it's not like it's falling apart like their older releases. It's a little loose when posing but just push it in and it's fine. The only QC issue with Cyclops I know of is the smouldering visor is stuck in the screaming head and you have to pry it out, and may break (happened to me), but I wasn't as careful as I could've been. I can just glue that with a dot of gel glue anyway. Other than that I love both figures and they're the best 6" version I have. I'm almost certainly going to get their Gambit, I have the Revo and was going to be good with that, but now seeing the Mezco and/or Mafex I'll probably swap it when the time comes.

Honestly, the whole package pulled me in even though I already have a pre-order for the Figuarts Endgame Final Battle Cap.
If it was just the figure I'd have passed, but the spinning hammer, and the two shields, AND the lighting effect AND the overall positives Mafex brings to the table made this a MUST-have.

    ...my poor poor wallet...

Going on my MAFEX 90s X-Men shelf for sure.
