Looks interesting. I’ll order it and compare to other 3d printed clear materials. Have the ZXB set, which has the best 3d printed transparent plastic I’ve seen yet.

I really dislike their LED kits since they’re bare and blinding. Hopefully this means they will actually do lens covers in the future.

I thought ALL SL products light up?

With leds that will blind you (if you look directly at them, or even if you're a mile away back turned to the light).

It looked as though a battery compartment could have been put in the black piece, and a led in the ball with a wire running the length of the chain?

 

There is a wire running the length of the chain, but it probably to give the chain articulation, as described. But I wonder how long that wire will last before it snaps and then you have a broken chain. It seems that the wire, anchored at the ball and base is the only thing holding the chain together. You can see the wire in this pic and nothing else holding the chain together:

 

It\'s neat, but I\'m still looking for a fix to the neck and feet

 

Not much of an upgrade it’s more of upgrade accessory looks good should have add more to this set new head with different face expression, or something

It won't be compatible with the ToyWorld Hegemon, since it doesn't have the 5mm grip...

Neck, yes. If you're talking about getting the feet to click into place so they aren't swiveling, it's not really a big deal if you know how to manipulate them. You just partially fold the foot and then push straight up in the middle of the V. *CLICK*

 

Didn\'t they make an Ax for Optimus? Is it still available?

 

Looks nice, but probably not adequately compatible with my oversized KO Megatron, sadly...

 

Hegemon came with a superior mace. Why would you need this ?

 

I'll be interested to see the price on this. Ten or under then sure. Otherwise it's just a single add-on piece.
