I believe he is a different type of collector and more like myself; he doesn't play with his figures or transform them much . So maybe his opinion is based around how it looks overall rather than ease of transformation.

Indeed, the backpack looks better there, but given the visible 'zig-zag bar' I mentioned, surely there's no waist rotation with it like that?

I’d rather have a flight stand for alt mode then the swivel

it is a shame they couldn’t find away to get at least a 20degree swivel working though

 

A flight stand is sure a kickass missing accessory here, I agree. The alt modes on these toys are drop dead gorgeous.

They should be able to make a 5 pack or something in the future, I'm sure those would sell. Not ideal but what do you do.

 

From the picture you posted of you trying to put it on the shelf says you weren’t, so....

 

I open, examine the contents to make sure nothing is openly broken or cracked and that all the accessories are there (I once got a Badcube Steamroll that was missing its gun), I take a picture to show my best bud, and I close up the box again and put it in a closet. I got like three closets full, one for Autobots, one for Decepticons and one for combiners/bots I may sell for upgraded figures/things to send to painters for custom jobs.

 

So whats your plan exactly? You say one day your gonna just go to town on your collection and display them? What is stopping from just displaying them now? Or are you just buying to then sell them all once they are worth more?

 

Anyone order Iceman from BBTS get the original price before the price hike? Is it still the same price in your acct or did they email you that the price is being raised?

 

Hopping on the train to ask despite how anathema they are around here, did anyone else order from TFSource? Any news? I haven't seen any movement on my pre-order.
