Wow, a Armada Megs that can actually stand up!  Long overdue for Amarda fans.  Gawd I hated Armada figs....

 

I've heard many complaints about Armada Megatron and even owned him, but never did I think he couldn't stand up.

 

Yup, never had an issue with my old one standing up either.

 

Somebody here is confusing the Generations Armada Megatron for the Armada/Micron Legends Megatron.

 

That would be like retooling Warpath into Brawl. They are both tanks, but due to the different transformations basically none of the parts are reusable as everything ends up in different places and has different shapes when there. If you really wanted to stretch it I guess you could use the legs, but the upper body is unusable at which point you are doing a new figure anyway.

 

Same. As someone who's a fan of manipulative villains like Naraku, Aizen and Hazama I'd totally be down for an MP Sideways. He's such an underrated Transformers villain and IMO one of the best villains to come out of Transformers.

 

I'm stoked for Prime and Megs, but I'm dying for someone to do Armada Starscream.

 

I’ve waited years for updated Armada figures in the hopes of finally getting a good Sideways. The idea that it may actually have a chance of being made is too much for me to handle. Gotta suppress any and all expectations lol.

Nah, I was talking about the original Armada Megs, both before and after the aquiring the Star Saber Minicons. Never dealt with the versions afterwards.

The original reminded me of a oversized version of Beast Machines Rinox, without the articulation of course. Armada figs; lets just say they weren't the greatest for adult collections. The kids loved it, respectfully; they were for kids afterall, and I understand the fan base. Just no good for me in my 20s. Thank God they had OG reissues, Alternators, and 20th Anniversary Prime come out for HasTaks sake. I almost stopped collecting.

In fact I gave away my Armada collection to my lil bro for XMas; I hated them too much to think they were worth anything. Step back from the Beast War/Machine, RID days in my humble opinion.

 

Just like their Optimus the proportions are all wrong, he's not even an H tank! I thought they were suposed to be Masterpiece style

 

They're MP scale but well known for being stylized

I hope the hip cannon retracts a little. It’s sticks out too far in robot mode. May also have balance issues.

Been wanting something resembling a MP G1 Megatron with a tank mode for ages, as I couldn't get the official MP V2 due to my country's laws on guns/replica weapons.
