Man watching this guy transform Ice Man is total cringe! Love it!

 

Do I even need to watch the review? Let me guess, he praises the sculpt, refers to the paint as "beautiful," mentions the articulation issues and possibly the fact that the transformation is a bit of a pain but kind of downplays both, strong recommend.

I like Bobby. He seems like a good guy, very straightforward. And yeah, when we're spending our own hard-earned cash on these figures we're inclined to like them, and with the number of overly positive reviewers out there I like that Bobby's just as willing to tell you what he doesn't like about a figure as what he does. But there's a definite pattern to his Fans Toys reviews. I'm not saying that he's not expressing his actual opinion or anything, but his actual opinion is that he likes anything Fans Toys way more than I do. If I recall correctly he even gave Rouge a recommend even though he couldn't finish transforming her.

 

I thought you are supposed to treat masterpiece figures like vampires and not let them see sunlight?

Well, he admittedly cares very little about the transforming aspect of Transformers. As long as they feel solid and look good as a display piece, they get the thumbs up. These are the things FT excels at.

He actually didn't downplay the articulation issue. He panned that part.

 

He actually says in this video he is a fan of anything FT does, I think he has mentioned before that if he stopped collecting transformers that he would still collect FT stuff. Which I guess technically he would still be collecting transformers lol.
