do you know if that applies to things already en route, or just that they can't create new shipments to Canada? I have 3 or 4 items coming from China right now.

 

that i don't know. all that i was told is that they can't create any new shipping orders to Canada. but my guess is if it it's still in China, it's staying in China.

i too have an order placed a few days ago and i got a SpeedPak tracking number but the item hasn't been handed over yet.  

 

I've no problems with speedpak for this Canadian, I've gotten several ebay orders in timely fashion. China post however...

 

The seller keeps extending purchase protection. When should I finally open & dispute & try to get my money back? The item shipped on March 24th. It will soon be 2 months.

 

Anyone had their tracking info straight up disappear? I ordered from showz and watched the tracking update from it’s origin point, through Shanghai, and then to Hong Kong where the tracking info suddenly became invalid and no longer exists. Just wondering if this is normal?

 

Msg them from the contact link on that specific order. They supplied me with a 2nd tracking number that works.

Things appear to be shipping and fast, I am getting in my Punisher Ironman on Tuesday, and Sideshow is processing the Hulkbuster Armor on the 18th, so things are coming in.

 

The seller just extended purchase protection. Now it says 29 days. Paypal gives me 180 days. So I'll wait a while longer.

And I have 3 packages that made it to the US in 1 week by Speedpak but they're hardly moving here in the US. Now the US is holding everything up. 

 

yep, same here the past couple weeks with SpeedPak. last few packages have been 15 to 25 days, and that's usually WITH a week spent in between customs and hand off to CP. i have another 3 packages landed and hoping to get next week or so. but with the suspension i was just told about, not sure when the 3 orders (2x ePacket, 1 SpeedPak) i currently still in China will be delivered.

Ooh, that would explain alot. Ive been waiting on 2 purchases since the end of Feb....patience building time!

I'm in the process of figuring this out. I shipped a couple packages to a fellow member (From Canada to USA) and it has been "accepted at PO" since Wednesday.

 

Keep me updated  . I was thinking of buying something from a member in Canada and am a bit worried on that front.

 

I definitely will. I know I would have liked to be aware of the delays to outbound before I shipped the items.

 

all i got is suspension is on inbound to Canada from at least China. but i'm not sure as CanadaPost actually hasn't announced this publicly from what i can find. i would think cross border shipments are still running between Canada and US. but even so, with the reduced staff capacity, processing shipments has definitely slowed significantly.

 

I would message Showz directly. They always respond fast and they will track the package and give you an update if you ask. I have a package from March I'm still waiting on from them. It's not anyone's fault just too much happening in the world at once for ppl to keep up

 

I just had an ebay seller who shipped speedpak to Canada last month, cancel an order yesterday just now, saying CP isn't accepting express mail any more.
