The figure itself looks pretty nice. I applaud the use of molded plastic hair instead of the brushable material.

 

Was this supposed to be a sdcc exclusive?

 

Not my thing, but it doesn't look too bad! I don't keep up with MLP, so I've got no clue if this is a repaint or not, but if it's not, I will say that it's a shame it hasn't got more molded details. I understand the ponies are supposed to be simpler, but things like the head, smokestacks, and wheels could look so much better if they weren't just painted on, in my opinion. Oh well, still, it's nice to see people excited over this! For those getting it, I hope it lives up to your expectations!.

 

My 7yr old\'s going to love this , unless she feels like my hobby is invading her world then she might get mad.lolol

This is not the kind of  mlp transformers toys I was talking about. I was talking about figures redecoed/repainted to represent characters from mlp.
