Oof, I totally forgot about Thundercats.
Then again I only had Panthro and Snarf for some weird reason.

TF’s, GI Joe, Lego (if that counts), He-man, Voltron, Thundercats, Gobots, TMNT, Construx, and DC superheroes would be the ones that left the biggest imprint. I love me some Star Wars but didn’t have the toys until adulthood

i had a large RUBBERMAID tub full of CONSTRUX as a boy in the late-80's.

actually, i still have them in storage to this day, and, back in the late-90's, i used them once to build a rather large model of METAL GEAR REX...

    2.MOTU
    3.Star Wars
4.Hot Wheels (I know not technically a strictly 80s brand, but big part of my childhood)
    5.MASK
    6.GI Joe
    7.DC Super Powers
    8.TMNT
    9.Micro Machines
10.Mega Force (can't remember if these were late 80s or early 90s)

Lego was big for me as well, and would actually be ranked around #4, which would knock Mega Force toys from this list. Still loved all those tiny jets and tanks.

Honorable mentions: Voltron, GoBots, Centurions, WWF

Never had any Thundercats toys, surprisingly. Of course, this is all subject to hazy memories from 30+ years ago, so maybe I did and don't have any fondness for them. :)  Probably explains why I'm still undecided on Super7's offerings.

None of these have an order or top sopt.

    Transformers (whodathunk...)
    Star Wars
    GI Joe
    Legos
    N gauge trains
1/72nd WWII model kits from Revell and Tamiya, and models in general (like the one GoBot, two Robotech and HO scale train models I had)
    Robolinks
    Starcom
    Air Raiders
    M.U.S.C.L.E.S

    honorable mentions:

the one GoDaiKin toy I had - Guardian
    Visionaries
Robotech (I had two of the toys that represented characters/ships from the show - i.e. not including the Robolinks)
    Battle Beasts
    The smaller versions of Thundercats
    Micromachines
    slot cars
Photon (remeber that? the 'other' light gun game that tried to compete with Lazer Tag?)
    GoBots

    Fun topic, by the way!

I kind of always think of Star Wars as a 70's franchise and Turtles as a 90's franchise. I know that is not technically accurate, but that is what I felt.

If I made a list I probably wouldn't put them on it.

Totally forgot about Entertech - I had the 'Water Hawk'.

Just saw a few Centurions get put up on Transformerland - they got pricey!
