    Still WIP
    Heavily modified from SS Jetfire
And add-on Supermarine Spitfire jet parts from 1/32 model kits.
    Thin copper chains on biceps
    Head still in scratch
    It’s parts-forming.

Pretty innovative! Reminds me of the old dream wave gi joe/transformers comics based in ww2.

How does the bottom look. Does not look like figure is hidden that much.

    Honestly, it sucks! Lol
I just bend his legs under the wings and straighten his arms.
This part (the pics below) is parts-forming as a gigantic hand-held weapon.

Ever thought about basing this off one of the spitfires from the Malta defense? They had an oversized air intake to filter out sand and debris that may be a good place to “tuck in” some of the exposed parts like a leg there. Could possibly have the other leg be the rest of airframe? Just some thoughts, and really like this custom!

This is really cool! I have an idea for a suggestion but I’ll have to sketch it out first. That Malta spitfire almost looks like a P40 Warhawk. Also this reminded me of...

It looks promising but this transformation requires thin legs and hip which the Jetfire mould doesn’t have. The width of one thigh is just about that of the main body. I thought of making the hollow thigh transformable, like it can be folded in half but that is some kinda engineering I cannot pull off.
Wish to get more ideas from you guys!

Honestly, the model we see in the movie has got tiny wings.
And in such case, one arm alone can outsize the main body of the jet.
Mass shifting at its very best lol
Anyway I am still trying my best to make it “transformable”. It’s so much fun!

Wow I didn’t even realize how out of scale the movie version was. That does give me a different idea but I’ll have to look at the ss mould more first.

    Are the legs easily removable?

yes it is way out of scale. Imagine a Spitfire wing in the size of a car door lol.
And the legs are attached to the hip. Only the part below the knees can be removed (due to combine mode).
To solve that mass shifting issue, a combine mode is the only way out. Like G1 Skylynx

You should find movie highbrow mold I think you might be able to find some worthwhile parts especially for those legs

I think that figure is a bit too small.
