Sideways was not Unicron, Unicron was influencing him/speaking through the minicon headmasters. The first time Unicron pops up Sideways refers to him as master or something like that and is afraid of him. For all intents and purposes Unicron was Sideways in a metaphorical sense because the minicons were an extension of his will

What's great is we've got "King Poseidon" but not to be outdone his counterpart refers to himself as "God Neptune."

Be patient. They're selling this as a boxed set so I can understand leaving out a guy who didn't exist originally. It keeps the price down for people who want God Neptune.

But they'll want to get a use out of that 6th mold yet in the Selects line. If anything, he ends his debut comic with a giant white cannon and the Matrix in his possession. So I could easily see the next part being "I turned this cannon into a sentient 6th member!" and they sell that standalone for anyone interested.

 

Yup, Scylla's legs are just Moonracer's.

And, GS05 is still a mystery, as GN here is GS10.

 

I pre-ordered Marvel Legends Mysterio yesterday from Hasbro Pulse and they pre-auth'd my debit card immediately for $19.99. The charges dropped off when I checked this morning.

Just pre-ordered God Neptune on Pulse same card like 20 minutes ago, order went through and still does not appear there was a pre-auth.

YMMV I guess.

 

Well, if we hit the actual ship date, God Neptune will arrive at my house more or less on my birthday. How can I not pre-order him to celebrate?

 

I think it varies depending on how you pay. If you submit a credit card directly on their site, my experience is that they put the pre-auth on the card to see if the funds are there and then they credit it back. That si what they did on my card and then they sent an email stating that I will be charged when the order ships:

That's how I'm treating the Seacons. I never watched Super God Masterforce or any of the other Japanese series, so in my personal canon, the Seacons are the 6 generals under the Quintessons that command the sharkticons armies

As for God Neptune, $260 CND is just too much.

They're making a point of Neptune having this giant cannon. If that wasn't enough, the dang thing even has the same color scheme as the rest of the team.

I would be shocked if a future chapter doesn't have that getting turned into the Nautilator repaint. Heck, once we get a translation I bet something in the text will give us a hint at its name.

I just put in my preorder. I'm glad this is a giftset to avoid worry about a limb missing due to some screwup or another, though I might have been tempted to just get Scylla if they were separate. The rest look pretty sharp, with Scylla's robot mode ironically being the most boring. A bit more gold detailing would have really helped.

 

Isn't that Big Convoy's matrix cannon that was released recently?
