Burning Convoy is indicated as "arriving soon" in their newsletter today... Hope that means the Seacons are as well.

Got Tentakil yesterday, but I'm expecting Overbite either Friday or Saturday. Just going to reiterate that literally every other webshop will pack my items together in a single box. I ordered some gundam items, by the way, from a tiny shop in New York, and they still packed my items in a single box. Gundam boxes by the way are MUCH bigger than Turtler's box.

Don't worry, in the conclusion of this I intend to complain to Pulse about it. I really encourage anyone who's been affected by this to send feedback. At this point I'll only buy God Neptune if it's a boxed set. If it's singles releases again Pulse can go fuck off.

I don't know how it came for anyone else, but my Tentakil didn't even come in a box. It came in a mailing envelope. I just don't fuckin' get Hasbro Pulse at all.

 

Sounds like you should stop ordering from Pulse. Plenty of other retailers got the Seacons in so try them instead next time. Not coming in a box is a new one. Maybe they ran out because they ship everything individually, haha.

Also, you may want to cover up the tracking number on your package too.

 

I'm gonna cancel my Super Megs on Pulse and either get it elsewhere or just write it off. It'll leave Unicron as the last thing I have to get from Pulse. Just tired of that shit.

Haha forgot about that tracking number, thanks. Not too worried bout ne'er-do-wells on TFW anyways. They literally risk their lives if they try to make unauthorized visits.

 

Yes I'd rather take them on pulse at 35 per limb and Turtler price. That already amounts to $250 after tax for whole combiner. Tf source it's already 300+.

 

I'd rather pay a bit more to get items I ordered together in a single box than split up and have delivery dates varying by full days. Items sent together in the same box from the same order like literally every other online shop I've ever bought from.

 

Seems to be an issue with Fedex, not with Pulse. They likely bungled up the box during shipping, and placed the contents into a bag.

 

I don't understand the complaints about them coming in separate packages, it literally costs the consumer no more. Of course, it provides me with more small shipping boxes that are perfect for my old GI Joe stuff when I sell it.

It being shipped in an envelope IS definitely a problem however, that should be addressed.

 

Pulse is only screwing themselves over with shipping costs. I like breaking up orders when you get in stock stuff faster but I think it is dumb when they break up orders for no reason when they ship same time. They shipped my ER screamer separately than first 2 seacons and one package took a week longer than the other due to them using different shipping method too... Lol

 

Thanks to Tfsource, Overbite and Tentakil are in stock. Currently processing my order for the last set of Seacons.

 

Yeah, from the photo that looks like what happened. At least it looks like they cut off the label from the box and left part of it (brown box) on the bottom part of the label.

Because it's different and that makes people uncomfortable. Some (non-TF related) online businesses will give you a warning that your order may ship in multiple packages, but Pulse never has. It threw me off the first time I ordered with them, as well, but now i don't really care. I'm assuming this is the system that works best for them and whatever deal they have with FedEx.

The envelope thing is no good, though, but like daimchoc said, that might be from a FedEx screwup.

same. Just took some time. Their shipment probably got audited or whatever the mail version is called and had to be inspected. Not that big of a deal and not tfsource’s fault.
