    Has anyone else found that 17track has been glitchy lately? Or is it just my number...

    My tracking number has gone from functioning to "Unable to Track" multiple times and it's a little bit concerning haha. I have no idea where my package is in this crazy shipping state.

    I hate when people assume you are not patient......it has nothing to do with it...it comes down you paid for a product you expect to have in your hands in a reasonable time. You paid for something you dont have yet. The power remains in the supplier or vendor. I think everyone knows the difficulty in getting the items now...however its HOW LONG will it take is the issue here.

    Im sure it will get sorted out..

    it very much could be this...right now much of china is still in disarray and they are probably flooded with requests for returns and refunds, dont forget the raids on Metal Club-which for one I dont understand at time like this people should be more lax...what a waste of binned 5000 units. I do get the whole IP...but again during this period, Bandai and its very greedy over-priced sub part items...its the reason that Metal Club existed in the first place, it meant your product (Bandai's) was over priced and didnt meet market price expectations.

    However, Chinese economic activity in China doesnt carry the same protections for companies like it does in the west. Companies DO want to get their products to market. I do also understand buyers as they are very nervous. Everyone wants to get paid. The Toy designers, the factory owners and workers and the shippers...but right now all of these companies are trying to etch out survival. Then there is the HUGE glut of shipping containers just sitting at port. Manifests get lost as product stock just builds up at the ports and air transport hubs...

    ShowZStore is trying their best...So simply to answer your question. Did shipping companies wash their hands in compensating Showz? Most likely

    It takes forever to investigate and even they confirmed lost they only send us the value we wrote in on the bill which is around 15 USD

    Showz is pretty damn slow for my first order with them. No reply to my message request on an ETA when they will begin shipping, just the website notification "pay 18 bucks and we'll try to get it out to you" and the specific item underlined "we're gonna hold onto this until the pandemic shipping issues fix themselves", which is so ambiguous and obnoxious, I refuse to order more from them. ToyDojo seems pretty good, although we had a snafu wherein USPS literally ripped off my address mail-to label after it arrived in my city, the only label damaged, and then sent my item back to Austin, TX. Not their fault obviously, but word to the wise, never fukcing use USPS, ever. ToyDojo graciously agreed to FedEx me my item 2 day shipping.

    $18 shipping charges are for items under 2kg which can be ship out right now. Stuff over 2kg are on hold until the shipping situation becomes normal again. Like someone asked above, if you can not wait, they do offer express shipping but that is going to cost you a lot. All this info is on the shipping issue page. I ordered something on 4/22, and I received all my items (under 2kg) within the last 2 weeks.

    My item was listed with the $18 dollar option when I purchased it, suggesting it's under 2kg, and looking at showz site now, the same item is back up for sale (FT Iceman), lo and behold, there's still a $18 dollar standard shipping option, add another to the cart and that option is removed and you get a "we're gonna hold it till shipping gets better" option.

    So having paid for this on the 9th of this month, there's no excuse for my item 1. being held back from shipping and 2. not getting any updates on my order summary when this thing is going to be shipped out. Showz apparently removed the underlined note about these items being held back, now that the item is up for sale again. I'm not going to bother finding him here or on FB. Five days and no update on shipping other than vague website notices? Cmon. That's not professionalism. I'm not being an uppity entitled customer either, or I would be all up in his butthole demanding answers. I simply won't shop there again because the poor guy must be overwhelmed and this ends up hurting his ability to get items out to customers.
