    Alright guys, I paid the inflated prices of the listings Seibertron just put on ebay, knowing my luck the flood gates should open for everyone else on Pulse. I willingly make this sacrifice for you all so good luck.

    i only want 1 set - but i missed the pre-orders for the first set of 2, and i didn't want to be stuck with an incomplete combiner set so i didn't order the next sets (since there was no guarantee i could get the set already missed).

    Hasbro Pulse really screwed up this whole Seacon release (as evidenced by many people clamoring for specific figures now) => all 6 figures should have simply been offered for pre-order simultaneously (or even better, as a complete boxset), so that everyone could've ordered them all together and not have to worry about hunting individual components later on.

    they were all pre-orders anyway, so what was the point of splitting them up into 3 sets of separate orders? it has done nothing but cause headaches, and i don't understand those that defend Hasbro Pulse's approach to this. o_O

    Yeah would have been easier to put them all up at once then they could still have released them in stages. I guess they wanted to give time for the pre-authorization holds to drop so they weren't holding too much on peoples cards.

    I’m frustrated too, but I mean...it’s not like this is anything new. This is basically wave 1 & 2 of combiner wars all over again (where Dragstrip and Air Raid were shipped with the opposing waves...then Hasbro said “we’ll never do that again” and then basically did that for all of the POTP figures (no deluxe set in POTP was a ‘complete’ wave of corresponding limbs to a single combiner to my knowledge).

    I get that there isn’t another combiner that these limbs and torso are being mixed in with, but I just mean that these are all staggered and not released altogether at once.

    Since they had to order it from Takara, it might be that Takara only opened up orders for each Seacon during a certain time period.

    A little break from the seacon discussion, but my order for Doubledealer got pushed up to July from September. So, hopefully we'll be seeing him soonish.

    I really have no idea why they were all offered individually in the first place. Was there really that big of a subset of fans who'd only buy one or two of them without the intention of completing the whole set?

    I got the whole set, but I could definitely see someone picking and choosing. They are each SO unique, maybe you'll only want you're favorite kind of different.

    My favorite is Tentakil. God, he's weird.

    So somehow the search screwed up and I got this (seacon – Hasbro Pulse) instead fo this (Search Results – Hasbro Pulse). Only the last two aren't marked as sold out so it could mean absolutely nothing, but hey, anything is news on these guys. Personally, I'm expecting the last set of Seacons to pop up this week or next.

    As an FYI on my Sentinel Prime missing a leg panel issue, I tried chatting with Hasbro Pulse after Exodus suggested it, but they gave me the same answer as the form email had: the issue was forwarded to Hasbro global care, may be 72 business hours before a reply. Today I finally got a response asking for all the product/vendor codes that were in the details already, along with my address. Upon replying to that, I got the old dreaded reply that no Sentinels were available and they would send comparable product, which I undoubtably have or have preordered already. Sentinel remains available for ordering on Pulse, so I'm going to keep pushing and see why they arent just giving me a return/exchange type option here.

    That whole exchange sounds weird. I'd try again and say straight out you want to return it.
    Buy a new one from the site right after they approve it.

    Probably because it works just like HTS did.when i got a bum Ss01 Bee I went back and forth between the site and the corporate side. Corporate sent me a TR Octane which i already have(and later went to a toys for tots bin) and i had to fight with HTS the site for them to exchange/refund me. I spoke to the same corporate guy twice in one day on phone but i also kept the name of EVERY person i spoke to

    The corporate customer care just blew me off again, so I guess I'll take it up on Pulse's side again trying to just get a return. Definitely not going to renew my Premium membership if I can't get any better service than what I've gotten so far. BBTS might be slow these days but they at least make a serious attempt to fix things.

    Edit: I don't want to keep bumping the thread for my issue, but I got around to chatting with Pulse again and told them I didn't accept consumer care's solution and want to just return it. To my surprise with no arguing they went ahead and agreed. They've sent me a prepaid return USPS shipping label and said they will issue a refund check once the offices are open again.
    Moral of the story is don't send them an email explaining the issue and seeing what they can do as that automatically gets you involved with consumer care and they are not very helpful. Just contact Pulse live and ask for return, as a couple of other users have suggested. Thanks to all who have given suggestions.

    When possible, always buy a new one, then return the defective one. RMAs and customer service are awful. Say what you will about Amazon, but they're a million lightyears ahead of Pulse when it comes to stuff like this. Which is why I'll continue to renew my Prime membership. but my Pulse Premium? Not a chance.

    Wave 2 and Wave 3 seacons are finally coming in for me Today. I have like 5 boxes coming in as i placed the orders between April 17 and May 1.
