I really like how this looks. How hard was it to change the pieces?

 

it is super easy the arms and legs just unscrew and open right up.

 

What about the smaller tail fins? Can they be removed easily?

They don’t seem to be an easy thing to get off.

 

Personally, Galvatron, Cyclonus if that's indeed who EX-48 is, Scourge, SG Jetfire and Phantom. I was excited about Soundwave, but then I saw prototype copies from NA and MS.

 

EX-44 Maximus Ambus and EX-47 Galvatron

 

I have Magnus, Lio Convoy, Bludgeon, Galvatron, Scourge, Powerglide, and the Fallen pre-ordered.

Bludgeon and Lio Convoy are probably my most anticipated.

They were a little trickier, but they’re a C shape rather than a full pin through. Hold close to the joint and wriggle them carefully.

 

On a couple of threads there is speculation that EX-48 could be Cyclonus and EX-50 as Tailgate, not Hornet (Bumblebee). That would be pretty cool.

EX-49 Void Legion looks exceptionally good but I don’t really have any connection to that character.

EX-41 Sonicwave I am really excited for, probably more so for the minions now as I think the alt modes for Sonicwave are somewhat lacking.

EX-44 is probably my most anticipated. He is going to be a beast and so far both modes seem to knock it out of the park.

 

I am thinking about buying another Skywarp and Hotlink so I can make the changes and have a full black version. I think Hotlink would look good in full purple too.

 

I was planning to do the same, but then Newage robbed me. Skywarp is getting rarer afaik so don’t sleep on him if you want a second one.

I bought the Nightmare Commander figure a while back and transformed him for the first time today and found that, one the right arm, the lip on the peg that is supposed to hold the shoulder to the wheel/hub cap was smashed down and deformed. I love the figure and was wondering if anyone knew a way available to get a replacement part or an idea on how to repair?

Tried to get some pics but it was difficult. The first is the right arm with the deformed/smashed peg lip. The second is the left arm peg, for reference
