I have retail and saw the same concern in its review somewhere. Not sure if it’s the knife or the sheath that’s the problem.

I’m going to enjoy the line soooo much. Damn you Hasbro. I was trying to phase out of collecting.

(sorry for my bad photos, I don’t photo toys very much)

Okay good to know. Wonder why only the retail release has that problem. Oh well, still excited to get that whole wave in hand!

Does the deluxe version have a different knife or sheath?

Looks to be the same but I don't have the retail release to compare.

Okay. Mine are the same. I’ll try to wedge something into the sheath to see if I can pry it open a little.

Classified deluxe Croc Master with fully articulated giant crocodile could be a decent buy for $30

I was just thinking of Croc Master! I hope Hasbro make a bigger croc this time round! And I’ll buy the figure too!

Tbh among the US based figure, I’m excited for this line (just wished Hasbro gave more realistic weapons) and Thundercats!

For Japan based figures...it will be Medicos Fist of the Northstar line. I just hope they don’t bungle the line like they did with Kinnikuman!

Yea the 25th croc with Croc Master was criminally undersized, didn't look menacing at all.

Yeah, but what I liked was at least the croc’s jaw was articulated and there were paint applications...and they included a snake?

My bad as all of my Joes are back at my folks’ place...

The original cro was just a lump of plastic...

Looking back it was simpler times indeed and toylines were really amazing with vehicles and playsets!

With all this talk of animal sidekicks, it makes me wish there was a company that made articulated 1/12 scale animals. Dogs, wolves, eagles and crocodiles, heck I'd buy a whole zoo of animals if they were articulated and sized to my 6" figures.

I'd be down for a Dino Viper with a velociraptor or Trex or pterodactyl that can double as a jetpack.

Haven’t taken a pic yet but Scarlett is great. Plastic is fine and no loose joints on my sample. The backpack interferes with the pony tail slightly but not a biggie. The knife doesn’t insert fully into the front sheath on the backpack on mine. I love her design though. I’ve always imagined a lot more subtleties into the costume design (e.g. - the throwing stars shoot from her gauntlet) and she has it in spades.

I was thinking the crocodile from the Sigma 6 Adventure Team Recondo could be reused for a Classified Croc Master, but it's not as articulated as we'd like it to be.
