Yeah, fair enough. I honestly at first thought it was a Turtle with no face, haha! At least it isn't something people are highly desiring. That would be worse for any exclusive (looking at you Hasbro).

I’m actually really thankful that the toon exclusives are Bunny Bebop and Bunny Rocksteady, which I simply do not need.

It would suck having to buy 3 crates, for $150, to get 2 $25 figures (the rest is all crap I don’t need, including comic/game figures). Imagine if the exclusives had been Krang Android Body or something like that?

With wave 3,4, and 5 of tmnt turtles, + the deluxe releases all hitting shelves by November, for a total of 40 TMNT toon figures (as per Randy)... I already have enough stuff to buy at normal prices.

True. The normal releases are hard enough to track down for me, haha! By the way, if anyone sees an extra Bebop/Rocksteady or two, let me know.

they mentioned a $100 Turtles item for before the festive season in the Neca video that could pave the way for the Party Wagon and Sewer Lair... the blueprints for the Blimp were in the diorama recently I wonder if that's it!

I'd be in for a Party Wagon. I've never had one, and the vintage/reissue copies are pretty pricey.

I might sell the bunny figures, they will look different though.

Dang, I had no real interest in cartoon Metal Head (Toy w/ Vac Metal plz), but that packaging is nice. I may just buy it and leave it MIB at the back of the display.

Of course, I may end up quitting the line entirely if I can't find that Bebop/Rocksteady 2-pack. Sheesh.

Don't give up! I'm sure they'll pop up again. NECA has no problem with multiple reissues of their figures.

The price of bebop & rocksteady should drop down a lot, once a third and even a fourth wave is released. Neca should insist that a decent amount be available via target.com, same with this metalhead.

I finally bit the bullet and got Bebop/Rocksteady off eBay. Tired of futilely hoping it comes back in stock at Target.com, and since I’m never in the store physically anymore anyway, and the Targets around here never stocked them, that wasn’t gonna happen either. Ah well. Here’s to hoping future waves are easier to get (still need to get the turtles themselves, too).

Too much. I ultimately ended up getting one for just under $85 shipped. I had ten bucks on an eBay gift card, and it was 5% eBay bucks at the time, so that helped me rationalize it a bit. Still, pretty annoying to have to pay like a 60% markup on toys that are ostensibly normal mass-retail releases.

Ouch, that's about what I paid for mine on Ebay when they first came out.

80-100$ is the max that these things are worth on the secondary market. I could see the April/KC or the Leatherhead/Slash 2 packs commanding the same price.

I've been lucky enough to stumble upon all of these guys in-store up to this point...hoping that continues... I dread trying to find April and Casey, though, since I don't visit Target nearly as much as I did before the current situation...

Neca did say that it will continue to release product as long as there is a demand. If people are patient, it will be available. What will end up happening is that it will average itself out, at a certain point, one release will be over produced and found on clearance, that will then effect the following release to possibly be short released.

I think Bebop & Rocksteady will be more easily found once wave 4 & 5 plus deluxes start hitting, I mean I have a few random wave 1 & 2 sitting in my target right now

^Refresh my memory, which characters are in the next few waves after Rocksteady and Bebop?

That being said, NECA is done producing/shipping any new Wave 1 / Wave 2 toon tmnt figures, except for B&R.

    From Randy on Twitter, today:

    @NECA_TOYS2h
Not sure there is enough demand for that. We’ve replenished several times. More R&B are shipping still too

@NECA_TOYS will we see restocks of TMNT cartoon waves 1 and 2 this year?
