Usually I would, but Ebay sellers can be a hassle; even when the product was brand new like in this case

That's the main reason I stick to actual retailers for 3P stuff. My first copy of Titan had a missing magnet in the head and the electronics didn't work, but BBTS gave me a replacement one no problem and that one was perfect.

Omega Supreme is pretty damn good quality wise, but Metroplex and Tripticon are the most G1 Fateful in alt modes while being an SD.

Youve opened pandoras box there. I have them all and I to say they are an amazing line. All of them covered in detail and have excellent build quality. The Apollo (Omega
supreme) with the head kit is my favorite.

Master Made....I insanely despise the SD Metroplex battery design compartment so bad that I feeling like swearing to never, ever, purchase anything make by Master Made. Even today, I failed to place the battery into the compartment for Metroplex eyes and chest. I remembered back then feeling like a ****** person who couldn't put a simple button cells into the compartment. I got so pissed off I felt like taking a hammer and breaking Metroplex into multiple pieces, lol. As it stands, this is still my only figure from Master Made.

With that being said, love the designing of both SD UM and Metroplex as a figure.

Does anyone else really wish they'd do a V2 of this figure? Metroplex is by far my favorite citybot and this is one of my favorite figures ever, but there are definitely improvements that could be made (mostly to the alt modes). Plus they've clearly learned a lot as evidenced by their more recent offerings. Here are some things I'd like them to do:

    - Incorporate the head into the transformation more
    - Retool the knees so he can lock them in carrier mode and bend them in different ways to make a more cohesive base mode
    - Give him a sixgun or some other companion that can transform
    - Include some of the extra parts that came with the bust
    - Retool the arms to hide the hands in base mode

    See my photo below.
Me, I never got a chance to put the rest of the battery on since the battery compartment design was a joke.

I'm definitely down for an accurate G1 Metroplex on all 3 modes. Even with V1, I mistransformed the shoulder so that it mimic the G1 Metroplex shoulder antenna, see pic above. Ideally I want all 3 Metroplex companions, but if it limits to one, then yes, Sixgun. Agreed with the other suggestions.

Anyone bought the reissue yet? Comes with the statue kit in one big box. Are there any changes to it or just a straight reissue?

I just got this guy from eBay today. $120 shipped with the base figure and the statue kit! Holy cow!

First impressions: Great figure, fun to handle. Mine has loose fingers but I can just fix that with some ol' floor polish.
Wish he had some ratchets in the legs but they seem strong enough not to be an issue.

He's missing the pointing hand for Magnus but that's so insignificant I can't even complain. (Though I do sorta want it.)

Can anyone with the reissue chime in on whether it is still as loose as the original figure in regards to the joints?
