Maybe. It’s a Schrödinger’s cat, so you won’t know for sure ‘til you open the box.

Generally around 100 bucks for the Armada Unicron itself unless you go for one of the more expensive newer versions like platinum or of light or energon, Then you probably have to ship it to the person who’s gonna paint it so probably about 20 bucks and then another 20 to have it sent back plus the cost of having it painted let’s ball park at 30 to 50 basically around 200 bucks

Do my eyes deceive me or did they get a separate piece for the damaged eyes? :)

Yeah, that was one of the updates they made to the design near the end of the campaign. Along with allowing the head to be removable, they added a feature where you could remove the faceplate and switch it for a battle-damaged one (and also get a better look at the internals, including the moving eyeballs).

Right, I know about that part. But their marketing photos for the damaged faceplate all have the damaged eyes as part of the same silver mold as the rest of the face. They SHOULD be separate green pieces which we've never seen or gotten confirmation that they will be. The mold for the damaged faceplate here does not seem to have the cracked eyes as part of the mold, making me think they get it correctly set up to be separate green pieces.

Ah, yeah, well the sample shown off during the campaign was probably a hastily thrown-together 3D print. The final assembly quirks could be ironed out later, during mold breakdown.

This would be so much nicer if those blue grays were just mid grays, and the yellow orange was just orange. But the blue gray I can love with, the yellow orange has looked too yellow for my taste in most images Hasbro has put out, but looked proper orange in the Figure King scans.

I've mentioned it a couple of times already, but it bears repeating because this thread moves stupid fast:

High quality, glossy, full-colour printing is stupid expensive. As the end consumer, I wouldn't be surprised if it cost us $50 just to have that done. It's a frivolity for a product that doesn't have to stand out on a retailer shelf, and it's a good thing they're not saddling us with that financial burden on top of how expensive the toy itself is to produce.

I'm just glad I chose the express shipping option. FedEx post has a bad habit of stopping in Kansas for like a week every time I have something shipped. Fuckers got a mistress or something there

I see he passed the cat test, LOL! :)  And looking nice indeed in the kitchen. And relaxing fishing! Maybe he wants to bribe the cat with the fish. :)
Nice packaging too. I expected cardboard, it has to be super durable to not collapse under the weight.

Btw, aanyone knows how to convert this damn webph image formats to something better? No editor can edit these, and they can also not be uploaded to most forums. Really dunno why some sites use this format.
