I believe it was @dalianjj who directed anyone in the US having trouble getting screws from their point of purchase to contact ToyDojo. Eddie at TD confirmed they are sourcing them for cost of shipping.

 

Got mines from show z, besides loose shoulders my knees look to be all right. Still some bs , sending these things out with broken knees, especially knowing shipping is a mess.

How did you take care of the shoulder?

 

Mine was shipped, just stuck in the 'delivered to air transport' status... just sitting in a warehouse somewhere waiting to hitch a ride.

 

Just got my Sheridan today.
Left leg looks ok.
RIGHT leg is dangling like a fish on a hook.

Right leg won't bend past 30 degrees, and the tread has issues tabbing in to the foot without major massaging. Is this something common to everyone's copy?

Legs survived a second transformation into tank mode.

Kudos to FT for the transformation. Sure, the first time it’s not so obvious that you could easily transform it without following instructions, but once you’ve done it once and know, basically, where everything is supposed to end up its a piece of cake to find your way through it just by moving the pieces that move the only way they can move, and everything fits easily where it’s supposed to go.

 

Such CRAP for a figure that is actually pretty decent. I contacted my BBTS contacts directly and they told me they are waiting for confirmation from Fans Toys as to if/when the replacement screws will be provided. They're gonna get them out, they just don't know when FT will be sending them to them

 

....Semi Amusing, A person with QC33 on Facebook reported how the leg on theirs is broken from the Knee down.

 

I'm glad FT is planning to make good on this issue by sending out upgraded screw kits to retailers and making sure the 2nd batches are problem free but at the same time I can't lie, there's no excuse for them green lighting the first batch to go out the door with that knee/screw issue.

Has it been confirmed that an issue free “2nd batch” actually exists?
Does that mean US stores are getting more in the near future that are OK?

 

I believe it's pretty standard for FansToys to have at least two batches. You see a lot of preorders on Taobao for 2nd batch preorders and showz always gets a 2nd round after the first preorders sell out. Mine is a 2nd patch order on taobao, suppose to drop any day now.

With this knee issue I almost think I should aim for 2nd batch preorders from now on.

I've unscrewed the main joint having so access to the smaller one. I borrow from a friend a set of micro screwdrivers, fantastic. He is working on jewelries, don't know if these tools are common.

 

And less than 24 hours from getting him, the right leg just fell off.

Now just waiting for the left leg to do the same. I hope fans toys is sending multiple screws out per person.

 

If you ordered through Baba's website, check your order status through his website often, as Baba contacted me about paying the extra shipping on 4/24 and I didn't see it for over a week.

 

This is fucking unacceptable from FT and it shows that they don't play test these things. A couple of months before it's massed produced a bunch of copies should be obtained and transformed rigorously, at least three times a day for a month so defects like this can be easily detected and addressed. I feel for those experiencing all the documented issues. 8 years in the MP game, FT, 8 years!?

But in saying that, I'm really enjoying this figure. The transformation after the first couple of attempts is quite an enjoyable one minus the one or two points where I have to use something to transform it. Had it not had the issues people are having with it, it could have been a sleeper hit.
