We also don't know if that's when preorders are opened, or if that's when it's available period. A bit ambiguous.

Pretty interesting statement. I used to own Walmart Starscream...sold him. Much happier with ER Starscream. Alt mode isn’t as cool as MP, but the chug bot mode is more fun.

I happen to still have WMMPSS and ERSS... trying to sell WM MP, but am feeling like I could get more for ER SS resale at this point.

Shouldn't this be in blue text? I didn't even get rid of MP-6 or MP-7...

I'm thinking of selling my MP-11s too. They're really not fitting in with recent Masterpiece releases, and the Earthrise seeker is a very nice mold that looks much more like the cartoon!

It's going to depend on how the Coneheads look for me to make a final decision. But I'm glad MP-11 is still popular, because that makes it easier to find buyers!

What I've been considering is breaking up my MP's based on their era's. I plan on an MP-1-8 display w/ Quakewave. MP-9-MP-35 (sticking Grapple/Inferno/Artfire with their high detail versions) is going in another section along with the 3p'ers as the kind of idealized hybrid versions (so far the largest section). I think the MP-11 molds should still look fine with them. Along with an attached pre-TF TF section for the various Diaclone and otherwise re-paints.

The toon centric ones are getting their own separate section. Not looking forward to new MP Seekers if they go the 'toon route, but I will have a place for them.

    Yes and no?

Every time I tried to get out of collecting Generations figures, I get sucked back in with really nice looking repaints, reasonably priced versions of characters that I love, or some obscure character that just looks really cool. Those Generations characters all pretty much fit the same aesthetic, are easy to play with and pose and use up a little bit less space. The MPs require more space and caution while handling, look very nice in photographs, but the Seekers aren't as pose-able (they sort of get in their own way).

I don't know. I'm still thinking about it. I'd probably get rid of Starscream and keep Skywarp and Thundercracker since they're two of my favs. I'll still get these two. And i'll decide then.

It would just be really cool to have a lot of seekers, since I missed out on all the Fun Pub and TT Chug variants.

It’s been a long tine since I owned MP Starscream but these figures would easily replace any MP versions. They look great, very poseable and have fun transformations.

I can’t wait to build my Seeker squadron with this mold. I have no idea what Hasbro will do you try to top this because it’ll look like we’ll get the main six Seekers this year. I think once a lot of us get those six, we’ll be done buying Seekers. I know I will.

Thanks for posting that. I also couldn’t stand the sight of it. But haven’t removed it for fear of compromising his structural integrity. Does everything hold securely in place after that mod?

I've been advocating for a Battlemaster Megatron since the size class debuted in Siege!

That is one of those 'holy crap, why hasn't Hasbro done that?' I mean Megatron pretty much is the first Targetmaster. And so far Siege and Earthrise have featured Target/Battle Masters. Why not a Targetmaster Megatron, if maybe not explicitly named him, at least something that can pass for him? That's a legit awesome idea, REDEEMED!

I couldn't say it for a definite fact, but, other than the fact that Hasbro is generally stingy about accessories in Transformers toys in the first place, I think we never received a Megatron gun accessory in the main lines because for a long while it seemed like Hasbro was cautious about including realistic looking gun accessories with their action figures. It either had to be a goofy space gun, something outlandishly big like a bazooka, or be a real gun but one that was painted in crazy colors. But given more recent figures are starting to include guns now that are a lot closer to a tiny version of the real thing, I think the time is right and a walther p-38 looking Megatron might finally happen.
