Actually I find it pretty show accurate. What differences do you see?

We will see Nemesis repaint for most of the Prime mold but if my memory is right, I don't see any Nemesis repaint of this mold before. Looking forward for a Nemesis for this

The extended biceps and thighs are the biggest changes. Even in super mode things look pretty proportional and don't suffer from "no thigh all boot" syndrome.

I see what you mean. I guess it didn't look too much troubling in the show because they can play with this sort of thing going from "normal" mode to super mode by making them longer.

The company name was lame, but the toys were cool. They should have given it another shot and changed some of the color schemes

They're action figures based on pretenders yeah, and there was tons of intended redecos homaging non TF toys. Archer was one of the designers, and I think they even got Furman and Rik Alvarez to write lore for it

yeah it could have been cool, shame it didn't the crowdfunding didnt take off. I think the silly name might have been one of the reasons

See this is what I mean, the proportions aren't like the cartoon. bigger shoulders and smaller head would have really helped

Had not noticed that neither. Probably a taller neck too. Noticed quite some other differences between both toys but I am still struggling to understand how the figure transforms. This ankle articulation looks complex.

I'm not seeing a noticeable difference between the show and the toy for shoulder size, and as for the head I think the toy improves on the show model. At least the toy isn't rocking giraffe neck.

Are there any summer cons that would show off colored prototypes? Didn't March TFCon just post their slideshow to YouTube or something?

I think that head size difference is really small but you can definitely see the shoulder size difference. Also, which toy do you think has a "giraffe" neck?

Not the toy. He's talking about the animation screenshot, that you have in the lower right quadrant. Very long neck there.

My bad. I agree then but I really hope he will have a neck. So he can look downward and upward just like in the show.

Maybe not shoulder size per say but the cartoon shoulders are wider and more horizontal. Personally the reason I find Galaxy optimus cool is because he's like the quintessential anime super robot Optimus, and a smaller head with the cartoon shoulders would convey that better. Having said that this MP is good for people who like the original toy proportions more, when Maketoys does their Galaxy Prime in ten years Im sure he'll haave the anime proportions i want.

Just read several pages back about Archers discussion. You must admit Hasbro quality has plummeted and the price just keeps going up. A lot of 3rd party figures are better plastic and the transformation is very intuitive. This draws adult collectors. I wasn't a fan of the cybertron line, it was very kiddish to me. That being said your design imo was aimed with children in mind. The 3p rendition here shouldn't be an insult. It's just aimed toward an older consumer. While Hasbro likely wont make an mp of your design this company has and when you said it's sad sounded a lot like you were upset because u weren't going to get any money from it. It's just an optional figure. If you still have pull at Hasbro ask them to start hiring some of the people who make them look bad. Or work with them so they can have "associated with hasbro" stamped on the box so designers can still get a cut. Not trying to be offensive so please dont take it that way

...Maybe TFCon Canada? Really depends. Corona could do it in like it did Cinco de Mayo.

I hope they don't hold any news back. I'd love to see colored prototypes now the physical is out there. Curious if the chest will be transparent like the toy or opaque like the animation model
