I was afraid that torso connection wouldn't be the most secure one after the Chinese review.
I definitely think moving parts not tabbing in correctly is as big of a deal as a lack of heel spurs.
BA is my only TE toy so far, but I did get a transformation manual with her.

Do we see her in silver spider mode any? I'm imagining regular BA in spider mode leading a pair or trio of silver spider BA 'drones' behind her...

You can pull off a pretty well scaled non MP collection nowa days.

To go with this legend scaled RT, BA and Scorp...

Primal: Robot Masters/ Telemocha (best accuracy)/ iron factory
Tigtron: Original deluxe/ telemocha (best accuracy)
Rhinox: Original Deluxe/ telemocha (best accuracy) The original deluxe looks bigger than Telemocha/RM Primal. The generations Voyager could also work, he would be a bit too big though, LGX (best deco for the voyager Rhinox)
Airazor: Original Basic/ VHS edition (best accuracy)
Dinobot: Tranfamer Dinosaur if you want him to be bigger than Rhinox, may be slightly too tall. This figure is about the same height as MP Primal. If you go voyager for your Rhinox I'd say you have to pick this one. If you choose deluxe rhinox then a deluxe Dinobot could work it just causes problems when it comes to S1 Megatron and Inferno. Deluxe Dinobot fits really well with TM Megs though.
Cheetor: That's difficult, how big are some of his Cybervers toys? They may not look great. Chibi Cheetor may be an option, again may not fit athletically and I can't confirm the figures size. Looks cool though, transforms well and maybe the chibi look would add to his kid like vibes in your display. There's also the botcon repaint of Cybertron Clocker, no beast mode though.
Megatron: Orignal Ultra, BW10thAnniversary or Telemocha Ultra (Best accuracy)
    Inferno: Original Mega
Terrorsaur: Botcon deluxe repaint of a Combiner wars toy... sigh no Pterodactyl mode, finally he's in good scale though.
Waspinator: No great options... The generations weaponizer transforms and has a nice enough face sculpt. Can't find a good size comparison and he looks too small anyway.
Tarantulas: No options, could kitbash a BW basic class Insecticon?

Then for all the Transmetls and Fuzors, all their original toys are pretty suitable apart from TM Megs, TM2 Blackarachnia and Dinobot II. Original Optimal or POTP look good, go original if you want him to really dwarf everyone.

Ditto. Maybe we’ll get some coloured Scorponok pics in the next month too. I’m loving the potential of this little line.

The box art is a huge step up from the mis-transformed photos we got with Blackarachnia.

The head sculpt is much better than the Hasbro version. But the lack of wrist articulation and ball swivel ankles were a little disappointing. I would still recommend him to BW and legends collectors, he’s a fun little guy. Definitely looking forward to getting their Scorponok.

You can plug his rat nose into the crotch piece to hold him together a bit better and raise the backpack slightly. It’s a tad fiddly but worth it.
I think the lack of wrist articulation is the only negative with this guy- and that he doesn’t include his wrist forearm-stored explosives. They’d be tiny and his hands wouldn’t be able to hold them but they’d be cool to display. The ankles are articulated enough that no swivel doesn’t really impact his poseability plus the joints are all super tight so they’ll stand up to some play.

I didn’t check the instructions for transformation so don’t know if there is dedicated beast mode storage for his gun/guns but it can slot in perfectly between his bot arms and friction holds it in place.

All in all he’s a fantastic little rodent and a step up from Blackarachnia. If they keep improving like this then we’re looking at a very promising legends collection.
I’m gonna predict Cheetor and Waspinator to follow Scorponok.
