Definitely. I’ve been scouring pics of this guy since he was revealed and he definitely has them however it is certainly not enough to make the base mode much better. Base mode is horrible but everything else is really great. But it is nice to see Titan master pegs here and there amongst the blast effect pegs.

I wish his shoulder guns had seats for TMs too. Or you know, any interaction from them!

 

Do wish Scorponok came with a gun. I know Fasttrack transforms into Zarak's staff but hoping it can be transformed into Scorponok's gun too somehow

 

Anyway Scorponok does look surprisingly good! Not great but so far I give it a 8.5/10 which could change once in hand. I'm glad he's taller than Omega and might weigh more than Metroplex. But it still would've been nice if at least one of these Titan's was par with their Nemesis in height.

 

the only Titan master peg he has is the one on the blue piece on his chest. The rest are blast effects pegs. You can see one on his chest too and that one is visibly bigger than the little one and it has that little detail that the blast effects pegs are known for having. Little diagonal line detail.

 

JW says they go based upon cartoon scale in which Scorponock was slightly shorter than FM, the scale makes him look taller than he actually is as it's at an angle, FM is actually even taller in comparison

 

It's odd that they didn't at least make a Leader Class version of Scorponok during the TR's line. I would've actually bought both just like I have both of these:

Agreed, however I do note that there are a couple of 5mm ports on his claws, so you could potentially have him use his dual shoulder blasters as 'hand-held' ('claw-held'?) weapons. A bit like TR Fort Max using his dual shin guns as hand-held weapons.

 

I also wish Skorponok had a gun included. It feels like Omega Supreme is more bang for the buck than Skorpy.

Honestly, scale-wise that's kinda perfect from most things they appear in together. I wouldn't mind if they made a new better Fort Max, but given how they've explicitly stated they made this Scorponok this size relative to Fort Max for scale reasons, if they do make a new one don't expect it to be any shorter.

 

There will absolutely be a third party gun for him. We’re still four months away from his release so you can bet DNA will have a set by then.
