Any TFSource customers had the knee issue? Got mine waiting to ship with Iceman or whoever is next to get the free shipping.

Just got mine in the mail today but all the complaints about the QC issues has me worried to mess with it. Im thinking of just selling it. Are there any fixes for the tight right knee, any ways to avoid chipping the paint or crushing the pegs in the arm sockets where the tank comes together?

    @octobotimus

    Here is your answer

Paint and heft, I won't never understand the latter... Wardog has better hardware (ratchets) than Sheridan, but because he weighs more than Wardog, then somehow he is automatically better.

Fanstoys understand this quite well and they deliver.

Most of them are from a time where they belived that the value of something depends on how much it weighs, in other words how it feels in hand

Finally had the time to get him into tank mode. Simple enough following a video; I should be able to get him back to bot by memory. And the knees held up to one transformation into tank mode. Fingers crossed I can say the same going back to bot.

Outside of supposed cartoon accuracy, I feel the only thing Sheriden has over Wardog is metal fleck type finish (and supposed heft). Wardog seems to have both better looks and the same negatives (under arm kibble). Don't take this as an attack if you love Sheriden, I just wanted to comment based on the recently posted comparison photos.

Quite honestly, I'd love a bayverse movie Mp warpath from that game (DOTM?) over both current MP offerings (and I am usually averse to most bayverse designs of G1 chars).

I want Warpath to be a behemoth MF.

Guess I'm one of the lucky one.. QC34 sticker all good. No issues with knee and other joints so far.

For the arms there is a mod a few pages back, basically you shave down the back lip of the wrist tabs (bot mode view), and this lets the die cast tab slip over it.
I did this before transforming him, have flipped him half a dozen times now and no damage.

Everyone has their own take on things, but for me, these pictures make me want Wardog, not FT's figure.

And for those who want a hulking mass of a Warpath, as many do... he is fantastic!

But last night I transformed him to tank-mode, and tank-mode is how he will remain... for a while anyweigh.

For me, I want a figure that aligns a bit more closely to DX9's Richtofen, XTB's Neptune & Klaatu... I think Sheridan achieves that more closely than Wardog.

    Just my two pence

I love that photo. I think when standing straight DX9 Powerglide needs to be as tall as Sheridan - so there's your benchmark Fanstoys!

I have to say, the more I look at this guy and Wardog, I think the figure with the best robot mode, all in all, is Final Victory War Machine (an unpopular opinion to be sure). I like the size of War Machine, the diecast in the turret, and how the transformation feels like the G1 toy.
Just thinking out loud, not trying to stir up trouble...

I think there's a good option for everyone. As someone who has had all three (currently have FV and FT), I much prefer FT. However, for the money, FV is a solid bot with a simple and intuitive transformation. Also, the size may align more with what some want for a mini-bot. For me, it just looks out of place with my favorite bots on my shelf due to the fit, finish, and those "shin guards" that tilt with the ankles when posing. Again, great bot for the money, but I'm moving towards really focusing my collection on a certain style/look and Sheridan fits that bill more than the other two.

I think the same as you.
Powerglide and Warpath should be same size in robot.
We all know that Bee and Cliff are the smallest 2.
The rest are all a bit bigger.
I think FT is making Seaspray 2.0 a bit to small.
They need Weijiang to upscale it by 20%. Then he's the right size. :D

I'd just rather see rivets replaced with screws. I've hated rivets ever since I saw the reissue Megatrons had them on the shoulders.
