Hey Dak, Did you ever try asking Spencer to see if any of the ex ko tf makers/suppliers would be able to mass produce the nova prime figure. Hasbro doesnt own the rights to your creation so you should try marketing with the ko producers so it can be produced for everyone that loves this figure, including me!!=)

The only think is you would have to change the name of the figure so you dont infringe on copyrights...hmmmm maybe call it prime nova!?

I haven't thought about asking spencer about it, but I did have the thoughts about "what if" another company was to reproduce it. The only downside to the entire process is they would need to rip it apart and reverse engineer it to make it work for their design process. I am very willing to work with a team to make this character, but as for ripping apart my version, I feel I have put a lot of time and effort into it just for it to be destroyed.

As I said tho, I am very willing to work with one of these companies to show how this character is made.

Oh boy..... this was many years ago.... let’s see how well I remember..... he was made from:

    Cybertron Optimus
    Cybertron wingsabre
    Plastic coat hangers
    Styrene
    A Tonka toy car
    Roadbots SUV
    RID Prime
    Alt Sunstreaker

I think that’s it..... I’m happy to see it’s getting some attention again. This guy is pretty old. Won 1st place at Botcon 2008.

WOW! No wonder this looks so good! I can't imagine the amount of time that went into this but is the end result ever worth it! I especially love that you gave him both accurate robot modes as well. Thank you for sharing this.

It’s true with any forum. At one point there were some fan art galleries that this was featured in, but I think the site has been streamlined for TF info and resources. I’m in the process of setting up some Facebook and Instagram pages for my work. (Should have done that ages ago)

And it seems like in these times they don't delete new comments in too old threads anymore or they just can't keep up with the pace of people necrothreading :p :lol

I don't like Insta and I upload my stuff at DeviantArt but it's pretty inconvient and laborious to upload a lot of pictures at once. You have to name and set up every picture on it's own.
