Great looking figures, I'm just not sure if they are great enough to replace the releases of these characters I already have. Although for anyone who might have missed out on these characters earlier on they seem like a great way for those fans to get a nice version of the character at a reasonable price.

The way things go most of the time with being able to get both Rumble and Frenzy in the same style I kind of wish Hasbro would just put them together in a two pack. Or maybe just some big pack with all of Soundwave's minions in one set.

I\'m still trying to find the Earth Form Optimus Prime toy. And thus far my hunt has not been good so far, not even Amazon is not being nice. Unless that toy has yet to be released, I dont know

Hasbro is looking at the cost of doing an entire wave now instead of individual figures.
I don't mind smaller Deluxe figures if it also gives me larger Deluxe figures like Ironhide and Hoist.
I understand that not everyone feels that way though.

 

For such a:

1. High price.

2. Modern tooling.

This is really not well designed.

AT ALL.

As a statue I guess it's cool looking but as a big Transformers, it's a fail.

The Combiner Wars Sky Lynx figure can transform into an artillery unit for the Earthrise version. And...it also can transform into an extension for the main tower in base mode.  

 

Deluxe has always been a price point. The difference is Hasbro previously disregarded scale so everything was the same size and was designed around that.

Now they design around cost. Most notably the smaller figures in price point have less hollow bits, and there's also variants in articulation.

 

Jesus dude, please punctuate your thoughts. It reads like you’re having a damn stroke. And yes, it does matter when a figure is mistransformed because it’s not showing it in its best light. To use the car show example, one is showing off the internals when doors and hoods are open, which is not the purpose of a Transformer most of the time.
