I would love to see a picture of all the MP-scaled Headmasters (and Targetmaster) in one shot. Heck, it would be awesome to see a whole Headmasters cast.

Dracula arrived on Thursday morning and I opened the detoxed box today. First of all, the box was not C9. Sorry TFSource. A big crease running horizontally along the front bottom of the box is not worthy of that claim. But it isn't bad and it's not a complaint. Rather, it's an observation. What matters is The Count himself! And he is really nice! THIS is (for me) Fans Toys at their best! Simple, but effective. Aside from a lack of an ab crunch, Dracula delivers. Head doesn't like to stay on when rotating, but the easy solution is to simply push the head down when articulating. No big deal. Colors are great! Paint is clean and sharp. Joints hare nice with some sturdy ratchets that flow like butter. Great sculpt with nice details. Transformation I actually enjoy! Dare I say, he is a FUN figure! And he has wonderful display presence. Nothing collides or stresses other parts. Is he worth what I paid? NO! But I am 100% happy to have him. TFSource packed him well and shipped it fast. Excellent service from them. Thank you. Also 100% happy with TFSource.

I wish I could say the same for some of their other releases. The other week I got their Sheridan. I really like it! But I find myself liking Dracula a lot more.

My thoughts exactly. Mindwipe is one of my all-time favorites and I was glad when I got him that he hasn't got any paint or diecast where it has no business being.
There's no paint-chipping or flaking, nothing breaks, no loose joints, the transformation isn't a chore but at the same time it's very satisfying...
He's a really well designed and well built bot.
I wish I could enjoy transforming Quietus as much.

How exactly did you detox the box?

It's all good. He can hypnotize them into releasing him for delivery.

The slowdown in Vancouver's CP gateway is apparently 3 days added to their usual processing time, so it shouldn't take a week+. This means they might be downplaying the severity of their backloggings compared to what it really is. Supposedly 5 days in Toronto.

Brutal. Things are slow across the board...

BBTS sent out my Sever & Grinder on April 7. Released from Canada customs April 13. Only update since then has been that the package was in Stoney Creek, ON, on April 25. It'll have been close to a month total before I receive them, but, if that's the worst thing I'm staring down right now, things are pretty good. :)

Mine is domestic, that's the only reason I'm concerned. It was literally picked up from the seller and then....crickets.

Nice. I hope you get yours soon!! Dracula looks awesome. Are you aiming to do the whole Headmaster run?

I have a Kooltoys order sent on the same day for Hydra to Vancouver, it gave me an estimated delivery of Friday but nothing showed up and the latest status is still being picked up in Brampton ON, so I don't really know where it is.

Ooh, you probably got the last or almost the last Dinobots from BBTS or anywhere, they were sitting there forever but hard to find now

Probably, I've been buying most FT figures.

Thank you for this post. Mine was Kool Toyz as well. I sent him a quick email just asking if he knows of any issues with his shipments.

Maybe his PO is closed or the driver has COVID and they're quarantining the vehicle.

Indeed! Added Sever to my pile of loot while he was on sale for $159 in January, and right before the 90 days was up, I added the damaged-box Grinder for $179 and shipped the both of them. An end-of-semester-and-celebrating-being-an-adult-student gift for myself.

A the same time, you must have gotten one of the last - if not the last - KoolToyz Hydra!

Quietus looks amazing. Just a stunning sculpt. I love mine in terms of how he looks and the articulation is good despite no ab crunch and a waist swivel that's kind of a joke. But yeah, the transformation suffers from Fans Toys lack of fun factor sadly. It almost makes me wish I had the XTB one. Almost. Then I look at Quietus again and am happy again.

You're right about the paint apps. I know a certain skull-faced reviewer that expects his MP's to be lathered in paint apps. And I respect that! However, my belief is to have paint apps where it needs to be. Otherwise you'll have to live with paint chips popping up everywhere due to so many moving parts FT Dracula is a good balance of paint application IMHO. It's a piece that I enjoy handling without worry of damaging it. I'm a perfectionist, which can be a curse when it comes to a number of things. I feel dreadful if I break or damage something.

    Easy. :)
Step 1: Take box to garage.
Step 2: Wash hands after doing Step 1.
Step 3: Spray shipping box with Lysol.
Step 4: Wait 3 days then open shipping box.
Step 5: Commence enjoying new purchase.

I've heard that the 'Rona' can survive up to 3 days on paper/cardboard. Whether this is true or not, why temp fate? The contents inside I'm not worried about because it usually takes 3-4 days to reach my porch from date it was shipped. I'd wear gloves but I can't seem to find any still. I have some but I use it for going out. Is my process overkill? Sometimes I think so and it probably is.

That sucks (no pun intended). Hopefully they'll deliver it to you soon. You'll like your purchase even more, too.

If anything is going through ON, expect major delays. Like a week to 2 weeks if not longer. Roughly speaking based on b2b updates from CP to my business. If anything, at least it's knowledge the slow down is from being backlogged and not a lost package or something.
