Yeah, at this size i am not willing to pay these numbers. I got UT Destroyer, General Grant, Devil Saviour, all larger figures with new molds under 100 bucks recently.

 

100 would be my maximum for something like this. I'm actually reconsidering regardless because of how good MPMs are getting. I feel I would end up eventually selling this in favor of the inevitable MPM Soundwave.

 

If it has mostly ratchet joints I might bite lol

 

At this size, I'm not sure it'll happen. But ratchets, scratch-resistant paint, and good plastics might lead me to get this despite the price.

 

MPM-3 and MPM-5 have them! So I hope Soundwave will have them too, hopefully!

 

$122? Too expensive for how it looks, maybe I won’t be getting this anytime soon unless there are good reviews.

I don't know. Ss soundwave doesn't have that issue, neither does HA soundwave or the other 3rd party version that we're probably no longer getting.

I like this guy, but I want to feel like he's a bigger improvement over HA than he seems to be. There is no osko of ss so far, but if there was this would only barely beat it out for me.

This looks like my definitive Soundwave, should the TM design ever resurface I'd have this in alt mode.
NA prices usually correlate to the quality of build, paint, and engineering so I'm in on this even though I'd have liked him a bit bigger. Maybe even 2...that alt mode is stunning.

 

I guess I'm the only one who's not that impressed? Sculpt-wise he looks like a 2009 effort to me, where they didn't have the CGI reference files and tried their best. Or maybe it's the proportions? I dunno, but the SS one looks better to me and for the price I'm out on this one. I honestly want just the Ravage, as it looks like a KO of the rotf legends one with more articulation. I'm happy you guys are happy though!

 

Looks good. I'm going to wait for reviews on him. I have a big stack of rewards at TCP that'll bring him down to a reasonable price.
