Been ordering fine from Japan and China. The US and Europe is the festering pit of infection right now, not the far east.
Hell I ordered something from Japan and got it 24 hours later.

 

I've received parcels from Japan in the last several weeks. Maybe a touch slower than usual (4-5 days shipping and processing, as opposed to 2-3 usually), but that's about it. I'm in Canada, though, so that may differ from US experiences.

 

I've had no problems getting Super Sentai King Express DX in a reasonable amount of time from Amazon Japan. Guess your mileage may vary.

 

I ordered from Japan in early March and my package got here in 2 days via EMS. Japan Post issued major delay warnings on April 1st, though.

I had 3 shipments that got delayed en route from China. They were all sent a few days from each other from the same seller. The 2nd package finally arrived here today after 39 days. Granted 10 days of that was due to incompetence issues of USPS (like sending my package to the complete opposite side of the country after getting close to here). The 1st package is who knows where. The 3rd (and most important of the 3) got an update about a week ago about waiting for an air carrier.

Had another package from Canada that came in a few days ago after getting stuck in 2 US cities for a week each.

You may have better luck asking sellers to see if they will try a non-government related shipping service like international versions of DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

 

I received my MP-18+ Smokescreen from Hong Kong a couple weeks ago, it arrived a little later than I hoped but not outside the usual 7-10 days.

 

Ugh, I'm waiting for a package from Osaka. It's been stuck there since the 14th.

I ordered a JinBao Devy...............................it took a bit longer but nothing crazy.

 

I just received a package from Japan today. I actually bought it a few weeks ago but the seller had issues with mailing it out from Japan Post. The seller finally decided to try international fedex from Japan to the US. Sent out on 4-24 and received 4-27. Not bad.

 

I ordered a package from Japan on March 21st and it shipped out the next day. I received an email yesterday that it got sent back to the seller, and the seller said he could charge me an extra $20 to ship it to me or give me a refund. I chose the refund.

 

Ordered two figures last week, they were shipped out (china post) today. Seller says that it will take much longer than usual. Normally items from China arrive within two weeks. I'm hoping this will arrive within the month, though it may even take till early July.
