I'm not knocking warpath's price, just stating that that is when all the FT figures got a bump in price. Warpath at least from where I ordered went from 83 to 90, hunk went from 73 to 80, iceman from 115 to 130, and I'm not sure what beachcomber was, but 100 fir a minibot is also kinda high. I never bothered preordering him though as I am more than happy with the xtb version.

 

any idea wats he going for in Taobao?

 

Im all up for Thomas but not Dunerider -for the first time Im questioning whether I don't want a FT figure.
I was never into his character and I feel like I need to start budgeting for who I want not which figure best represents, now that Thomas is $$$ and Im sure the prices will keep going up now

Pre-ordered at the chose prime since I have some credit there. I'm fine with the price, as long as there's no easily broken parts or QC issues out of the box, FANSTOYS <3.

 

So FT becoming Takara price and quality wise.

So, 200€? Idk... That's more than what having a perfect MP Astrotrain is worth to me personally. Maybe I'll just stick with the Transportation Captain and hope for a similar sized Blitzwing. The S2 Decepticon triple changers should be seeker sized anyway.  

 

I can't believe people are comparing prices with Takara
Takara would price this closer to 400.

A slightly higher price could mean:
- less people upping the price 100%-300% on the aftermarket.
- producing and designing more and better figures with more finance to back them.
- not going broke in the corona virus.
- better QC

My point is if fans toys ever charge something like an mp-44 price tag, we'll be getting a whole or a half fort max, and I can justify that pretty easily.

I was expecting more like roadkings price (I had it for about £120 I think) it is more than I wanted to pay but I still think its not up to takaras pricing madness.
I would think pre orders are up until they sell out, the price may put some people off but I know a lot of people have been waiting for this guy in partucular. In short, your guess is as good as mine
