I hope hasbro restocks the other 4 as they release like they did with the first 2

 

I crunched the numbers and wound up getting Snaptrap since getting him and Skalor would've probably been too much on my account.

Actually, I got a question. Is it possible to link email addresses into one account?

I intended to have just one email address connected to my Pulse account, but when I bought Snaptrap, I found out after the fact that I accidentally made another Pulse account with a second email address of mine.

I already emailed Hasbro's customer support about this last night, but I wondered if anyone experienced a similar situation.

 

What’s the current processing/shipping times like? I ordered the latest wave of SS deluxes (bee, shatter, Roadbuster), been a week so far, but I haven’t ordered from pulse before so I’m not familiar with what normal processing times are like, let alone during COVID.

Hey guys? I'm supposed to get an email from Hasbro Pulse saying my Generations Selects Snaptrap is getting shipped and I can track it at some point, right?

Because I made the order this Monday and I thought I’d get an email saying it shipped some time this week.

(Note: this is my first time buying stuff from Hasbro Pulse, so I don't know how different it is from BBTS.)

 

With pulse I've received my shipping notice email AFTER already receiving the figure in the mail more often than not.

 

You might want to log in to Pulse and check your status.

If you're really curious, create an account at FedEx, and they'll let you know what's on the way to your address better than most stores will!

 

They are slow to ship. My order shipped 9 days after ordering.

 

That...sounds backwards.

I keep checking the status, but while the payment status says "paid," the fulfillment status just says "unfulfilled."

The suggestion to get a FedEx account sounds good. Will I need to pay for anything, though?

Yeah that’s the same for me. Do I just wait for it to say fulfilled or do I have to do something about it?

The FedEx account is free. I've set one up there and at UPS. They send email alerts for shipping, at the date of delivery, and once delivery has occurred. It's pretty convenient!

 

From what I can gather, their warehouse is only getting pickups once or twice a week and I think they're mostly only starting fulfillment the day or two ahead of that, which explains the delays pretty well.

 

Don't forget to check your spam or clutter folder. My hasbro pulse stuff always got sent there

And I got a FedEx account, but my order number doesn't count as a tracking number for FedEx...

 

Why would you even use your order number? That's internal to Pulse.

 

Your Pulse order number isn't a shipping tracking number.

Your FedEx account shouldn't need a tracking number anyway; the point of it is that it shows you any packages that are currently on their way to your address.
