Not sure if this is the right place, but I ordered Starscream off of eBay and he was missing a foot guard. The right one, does anyone have one or know how to source one? He’s almost fine besides that (the foot was unglued out of the box, but that’s alright).

My TLK Optimus is missing a piece of his right pinky. It was my fault though, he didn't come like that. Should I contact 3Zero? Do they sell replacement parts?

I suggest both of you contact 3Zero.
The thing is though, those figures were made by 3A. So I'm not sure if they're still covered under warranty.

It was my fault the piece got lost, so I dunno if it’d be covered either way.

I own at least one of each of the ThreeA /ThreeZero premium transformers. Except squeaks. Couldn't care less about that one. I have a few doubles... one for work and one for home. Waiting on TLK Megatron... like forever... Over two years now since they've had my money. Anyway. I have a good deal of experience dealing with ThreeA/ThreeZero CS.

Hate to say it but ThreeZero is pretty bad about support. ThreeA was worse. ThreeZero is really strict about the warranty. If you don't fill out the card and send it to them with proof of the purchase date, they will not help you. The warranty is a strict 12 months. ThreeA was worse... or rather non existent when it came to support.

That said, both figures are several years old. Starscream is at least 4 years. ThreeZero keeps a handful of parts for 6 to 12 months and you have to send the entire figure back for repair and they do not pay shipping. I had to have both my TLK BB and OP repaired. Was about $150 to ship them. My DOTM BB is shit outta luck with several broken parts... I bought that one used... I am apparently the 4th owner of that one.

I hate to say it, but your best bet is to resell them for as much as you can get and the rebuy them and hope that they are not defective. Even sealed units sometimes have missing parts or broken. Especially the ThreeA releases.

When you get a good one... they are fantastic. When you get a damaged or incomplete one it is heartbreaking and damn near impossible to fix.

I wish the both of you the best of luck. Maybe you'll have a better CS experience than I did. I hope you can get a fix or parts.

The QC has been a lot better since ThreeZero took over. TLK OP was a legacy ThreeA... All the DLX figs are flawless so far.

I was able to get a replacement finger for my TLK Optimus for free and I didn't have to send anything back. I did have to send them proof I think so I just forwarded them my BBTS shipping notice or something. This was after 3A collapsed so I was dealing with 3zero. They also were good about sending me a replacement part for my DLX bumblebee without having to ship the whole thing back but I had done the warranty card and all that so it was easy.

Man, knight Prime is just a good looking guy. Shame Premium is too large for me personally, waiting on the DLX announcement.

I can’t remember if this was the thread that people were wanting to buy this figure, but I’m likely putting mine on the BST for $700 shipped (looking at getting the Bambaland version for a bit more than that ;) ), it’s the regular and displayed only.

Hi guys I recently bought the Premium Optimus Prime from mercari and I was trying the joints to know if the articulations were correct. And I found that the right foot is tight I try to move it to loose it and created some breaking point to the figure. Do you guys know how can I repaired it? I recently got it and I don't want it to get broken. I will appreciate the help please[IMG]

First of all, please use the edit button instead of posting twice in a row :)  Second, it’s hard to see the breakage from the pic you posted. Is it a hairline fracture or an actual break? And is it inside the joint?
