Genuinely surprised to see this level of progress during the worldwide pandemic. I'm hyped but also kinda sad coz I doubt shipping will actually happen for a while still :/

 

I recall that it was supposed to be released somewhat after the CNY and it was only the pandemic that delayed things again. So considering that the situation in China is improving there was little stopping TW anymore. Well, aside from the worldwide shipping being disabled of course  

 

I'll believe it when I see it in my hands. Also seems like they have stopped giving a shit about their tlk prime.

 

Except for teasing the package shortly after FL.

 

Goddam, my wallet is going to be obliterated with all the delayed stuff about to ship.

Today I saw more pictures of Weijiang M09. Finally I'm out of the TW, I don't regret to cancel the PO, but I would like to see in-hand pictures or videos of the final product.

 

I actually hope this puts pressure on toyworld to release sooner, otherwise M09 is going to take all their sales

 

Probably but TW is a figure for demanding people that are looking for a high end collector figure, M09 it's a great figure that will work very well for the people who don't wants to expend 170$ on a good figure. In my case, I like more cheaper figures because I like to "play" with them.

I have broken some ThreeA, Hot Toys, Sideshow figures... not for handling them badly, just because at more details, more fragile, and normally this happens on expensive toys with lots of pieces and details.

I will feel more confortable with M09 at this moment, but maybe I will consider again the TW if there's someday a price-drop.

I think a week is a bit optimistic (but god I hope so bahahah) It's only (by the looks of things) leaving their factory now, as a first batch. It has to actually get to the stores like showz etc first
