Yeah, I tried again just now and it moved. Sucker was locked in place when I first tried. Thanks! That's why I'm waiting on video review to transform, lol. I would hate to break him trying to move something that's not supposed to move.

 

Thanks for this particular size comparison. I have a tendency to get MP "mini" bots for my "CHUG" collection if they are actual "minis"; that's why I have Spindrift. I was thinking of getting Sheridan, but he's way too tall for the rest of MY Classics...their Dunerider/Beachcomber still may be in play though. also thanks for not misrepresenting the height by using a gaping A-stance when shooting the pic.

That's true. I got BC Wardog in the mail today... transformation wasn't too terrible... but so many loose joints and tabs it just feels like a house of cards.

However, once posed, I do prefer Wardogs chunky WFC look (as long as I don't touch him lol)

 

Why do FT been faltering in articulations as of late? Especially with something as simple as deep knees & elbows bend? This should be an absolute MUST for any MP-tier figure at this point. Lacking in both hampered an otherwise solid- looking figure.

 

I never bought Wardog because I didn't think he looked particularly cartoon-accurate. But seeing him next to Sheridan makes me think he wasn't that off, he was just kind of chunky.

 

Before FT tries to perfect articulation, someone needs to teach them the basics of non-shitty transformations that aren't easily breakable.

 

Over the years, I've come to love Wardog. The transformation at the time was hideous, but after the plastic origami and dicey spin and tabs of some other 3P and TT designs, he's not overly horrible. He's a perfect amount of chunkiness, but yes, he's no minibot. Now that FT has released Sheridan (and thanks for the comparison pics, @Paik4Life) I think I've got to decide whether I want skinny-suit Warpath, or linebacker Warpath. (I kind of like the latter.)

My collection isn't slavishly toon, so I could go either way. I can't wait to get for Sheridan to arrive!

 

Can anyone get some pics of him next to the other minibots   As much as I love all these new minibots coming out I don't like that they are basically creating a new scale for them, which kinda started when they made MP 45 taller than the original MP bee, but I liked the scale they were at before; I like there to be a significant height difference between the minibots and carbots, I mean they are MINIbots after all, whats the point of calling them that if they are just gonna be barely a head shorter than the carbots. I don't mind bots such as warpath being taller, and don't mind him being carbot sized as he was taller in the cartoon, but the other ones don't need to be so much taller imo  

 

I'm itching to see how he looks next to X-Transbots Klaatu and Neptune.

yeah...@DanielTorres99 seems right. That Bee seems like he's taller than the other "minis" if you straightened his legs.

I got bored today and pulled the trigger on a G1 DoubleDealer for a steal of a price also. Should get them both Monday.

Couldn't people simply read the instruction book that comes with the figure? Oh right, they don't then complain when something breaks.

 

All I'll say is thank god he comes in robot mode, no running the gauntlet transforming him then.

 

Weird. Sheridan was in my preorders at the Chosen Prime and then I paid and now he is not in preorders, the shipped section, or my stack.
