That's classic Hallmark - they'll make an ornament of anything in pop culture regardless of how badly it clashes with the spirit of the holidays: the Death Star (blew up an entire planet of innocent people), Giger's Alien (murders every living thing it comes into contact with), Dr. Zaius (an avowed human-hater with a penchant for giving them lobotomies), the Infinity Gauntlet (wiped out half the universe)...as long as it looks cool, they'll make an ornament out of it. Not that I'm complaining, since I own the Family Truckster ornament complete with Dead Aunt Edna on top.

Definitely getting Jazz, though, since I have all the other Autobot ornaments.

Black gun and Agent Meister on spoiler come from the TRU Commerative version, but then his doors still Say “Martinii”. Weird.

I like the idea of Jazz as the next ornament, but the gun needs to be silver and it would have been nice to see the shoulder cannon if they're going for toy versions.

 

It's the only one which went up in value. The rest hover around original retail price on eBay or elsewhere.

 

And they want 18$ for it? XD Pass.

Everything is changing at such a rapid pace this year that last month feels like a different world. Kids were in school, you could go to a store for pointless things, toilet paper flowed like a river... okay a Jazz ornament thread isn't really the best place to wax poetic about the distant past of February.

I got the BB ornament from last year, and Megatron. So assuming things are slightly back to normal I will probably pick up Jazz if I see him.

 

It's a shame it's not sold in major stores in Australia. Target carries Hallmark ornaments of just about every brand bar Transformers. Looks like the importing route.

 

I was picking these up because they are fairly nice but when the after market price for the prime is more expensive than the reissue of the actual toy I dropped out. Heck even the BB reissue was cheaper than the retail price of the BB ornament.

 

It's surprising given that the other ornaments have remained pretty consistent in price (although it is Optimus Prime). I display all of my ornaments (outside of Optimus Prime) alongside my Titan Class figures. My personal favorite thus far is Grimlock.

 

I wonder if this means they have an OK from Porsche to go ahead with an MP Jazz now.

 

They need to redo Optimus to reflect his toy form and not the box art. I hate that he can’t stand. Jazz looks great! Hope to see:

I think they might have underproduced that one. I tried getting it around late November/early December of the year it came out at the stores, but they were sold out. I ended up ordering it online for a couple bucks marked up before the holidays. It's also why I always seek these out in the middle of the year.

 

I'd be in favor of that too. He seems out of place when compared to the others, who could also stand on their own if you wanted to display them on a shelf.
In terms of others, I'd pay good money if they made a oversized ornament or tree topper of toy accurate Devastator or Omega Supreme.
