    I can’t argue.
Ya know, I have all 6 CHUG Deluxe deception jets, with no intention to get the ER Voyagers.

If ER looked like this tho... man! It’d get expensive.

First Starscream, then Megatron... That's how it starts - pretty soon you'll have more stands than you know what to do with lol!

My DX9 coneheads are on display in alt mode, which is pretty much flawless imho. These guys' alts are just as good, and the bot mode is SOOO much better... they're currently hanging out with toy Megatron, who also doesn't have a permanent home. Maybe they'll end up with Galvatron and the S3 crew.

I love the look of that toy color Megatron. I was really on the fence about that or the toon color one.

Yeah when my stand broke I laughed and thought, I’d probably have a few more to work with soon enough lol.

i think the stand should be an easy fix. i forgot what they are called but i remember walmart has those plastic straws that are 5mm on the dot or whatever. that should work unless the ports arent 5mm.

should be a simple drill and glue job after that.

*sigh* all these thread photos are making me very envious. :(  still waiting patiently to get my set of 3 seekers and 3 coneheads. seekers was purchased in February from ShowZ but delayed shipping due to CV19, but now has been stuck at Shanghai airport since early March.  first attempt to order the coneheads off eBay was a scam, but hope second order will arrive in the next week or two.

Once I feel safe enough to venture into a Walmart I’ll have to look into that.

Alright, so Ghost Starscream is great...the coronation gear is not.

    Pros
The shoulder pads are great and snap in and out of place easily on my OG NA Starscream

    Cons
The new head/crown is very delicate and does require a bit of force to pop on and off.
The cape is the worst part. It looks great but it's only secured by one peg that uses the same hole on Starscream's back that the stand uses...so a weak peg that might break over time, would then also prevent me from ever using the stand again in bot mode. YIKES poor design!

No amount of future is going to get Starscream to be able to stand with all the coronation gear on. I tried applying some more future to the hip ball joints to see if it would help but he's just way too back heavy. Be warned if you were only buying Ghost Starscream for the coronation gear. Pretty bummed out about it as that's how I wanted to display my OG Starscream.

If you ever get a peg stuck in a hole, drill the peg with the smallest drill bit you can find, then pull it out. If it doesn't work keep using bigger bits until it does.

Try bending Starscream's feet forward so they're not all the way open to get him to stand better.

I'm not sure if it's been pointed out yet or not, but the Alt mode Megatron that comes with Leraje (Hotlink) is colored to match his flamethrower from MTMTE. Works for me as a reasonable stand-in.

Welp I give up. This is as straight as Starscream will stand up with the coronation gear on. Any further back and he falls over. I’ve tried just about everything: bent knees, straight leg, swiveled legs, adjusting the feet, adding future...nothing is working.

I ended up mistransforming his legs to get him to stand at a good angle.

It will not unfortunately. You can use the claw piece though.

Got my Lucifer yesterday. This is the best-looking Starscream in any size category that I've ever seen, by far.

I'm a little disappointed by some three elements of engineering:
    - The transformation joints for rotating the arms out to the sides of the body don't lock when the arms are out, so when you try to pose the arms, it's really easy for the shoulders to rotate down a bit.
    - The ab crunch joint doesn't really lock, and is somewhat loose. Granted, isn't a factor when the figure is standing or hanging from the flight stand, since gravity keeps everything looking fine; I just don't like the floppiness.
    - The little rotating sections on the back of the legs, the one that the tail sections are connected to, appear to also turn the screws they're connected with when I rotate them for the transformation - it's almost impossible to rotate them in one direction (feel super-tight), and gets looser when I rotate them in the other direction. Plus, I can, y'know, see the screws rotating. That's my biggest concern, since turning the screws in and out all the time when playing with the toy might lead to actual damage.

Otherwise, wow, what a great-looking and -feeling Starscream!

It does. I can get him to stand in any desired poses using his tailfins. They have so much rotation that they essentially have their own ankle tilt.
